Dear Rocksmith Einsteins, can any one have the decenssy to stop show offing and help your fellow guitarist, by at least writing down step by step what should be done to download a custom song on a genuine rocksmith ps3, and we are also ready to pay gladly to have these songs installed.

And if that fellow good summaritan exists please put it down on youtube , with a step by step instruction and , put a donate tab so we can gladly pay for your trouble.

I have seen dozens of people like myself who face that problem,and no  one wants to help from their heart.

It just can't be done, you need a modded ps3 (or modded x360).

I've never even seen a play/preview button on ignition (firefox). Where is it supposed to be?

@-francois-  Download latest beta release of CFSM available here.  Removed exe dependencies and converted to native libraries.  CFSM may work with mono now but no guarantee.  Please let us know your results and setup.

Suppose I could ask in Slack, but not at that computer right now. But did you remove the "System.Deployment" dependency? Also, the native dll that I wrote has only been compiled for windows (DF_DDSImage.dll).

Also,7za.dll and bass.dll are both native. So I really doubt that it will run.

My current issue is that I'm unable to use the RSCustom program, Due to the fact that it doesn't have Dio's Holy Diver nor Toto's Hold the line. The two songs I do have purchased, is there some way i can use those Package IDs instead?

You can manually add songs to the "RocksmithToolkitLib.SongAppId.xml" located in CFSM or Toolkit install directory.

 

In the game, I don't see any of my new songs. :(

 

CFSM has nothing to do with being able to see your CDLC in the game itself. Read and follow the directions in Cozy's first link.

Where are you guys seeing that? Because it needs to be changed.

I have already put a lot of work into it already to make it cross platform, it's just not there yet.

Nope, modifying any type of ODLC is not supported.

Fixed in the latest beta version.

Also the in the beta version you can use the tagged column, "True", "False" and "ODLC". Also, I'm not sure if I have it implemented in the latest beta, but ODLC now has a bold font. If it's not in the current beta, I'll publish a new beta out this weekend.
