Does anyone know how to make Rocksmith recognize this 3rd fret harmonic? I have a 0% success rate with it (I know that the harmonic is a little further up and I tried lower as well) I tried all sorts of things to find something equivalent that Rocksmith would recognize but couldn't find anything anywhere on the neck. Not that I'd have any chance on getting 100% in the first place, but having 2 missed notes in every attempt kinda sucks ☹

Had to give my best for the Rhythm one - Might be a (5), but I already spent time on Lead too, so it's hard for me to gauge

Been working on other music-related things the last couple of weeks, but I'll try to improve with this song this week I'm learning the triad arpeggios right now and I noticed in the later part that 2 extra sixteenth notes outline the triad but are not in the chart. Just in case someone wants to play it just like the recording 11 on the 'B'string on the 10,11,12 triad and 10 on the B string on the 12,10,12 triad

Happy new week! All of them feel more difficult for me by at least 1 rating In general, over the last few weeks, I feel like compared to when I first joined here all the difficulty ratings are lower now. The first 3* song I FCed to promote to intermediate was Don't Panic - Coldplay With that in mind, I'd like to get demoted back to Intermediate for Lead guitar because I don't see how I can keep up with any of the advanced songs or even intermediate sometimes

All my sightreads for this week, they are all kinda difficult in their own way

Happy new week! Gonna post some attempts in the coming days. I just wanted to improve the Blink 182 song by Riff repeating the arpeggios, but sadly the CDLC author didn't put much thought into splitting the song into parts that make sense I might just skip learning the song and work on something else this week I think CDLCs like that should not be included in the Championship, a major part of it is to improve over time, and riff repeating in-game is one of the easiest and most fun ways to learn a part of a song. I wouldn't mind fixing the CDLC myself but I don't know anything about the whole process yet Flagging nominated songs that have some issues that have to be fixed before they can become a championship song, might be a good way to do it in the future

Not sure why I thought I could 99%+ this song this week, the solo seems to hard to learn in a week for me right now

Happy new week! The last 2 weeks weren't my cup of tea but this week looks great. Casiopea is one of my favorite bands but it'll probably take a couple more years until I'm able to play their stuff All the Sightreads: 'Big City Nights' looks like it's the perfect N+1 difficulty for me to learn and improve, so I plan to focus on this one this week Without the solo it looks definitely somewhat playable/learnable Not sure why the Rhythm one has the same difficulty as Lead, the parts that I found difficult in Lead aren't in the Rhythm, and when gauging difficulty from a Rhythm player's perspective I think the slides aren't too much to ask for a beginner rhythm player either If Rocksmith were better/more strict with its recognition this one would be way more difficult This is definitely more difficult than the lead one, artificial harmonics, fast runs, lots more triad shapes, 2-string whole-step bends followed by fast pull-offs, etc. I think this one is more difficult, and/or the lead one is easier. And I wonder when it comes to everyone's philosophy about rating lead and Rhythm paths. Do you rank some things easier/harder when it happens in a Lead or Rhythm path? For example, advanced chords are probably something a good Rhtyhm player has a better grasp of than a Lead player, but some types of solos will be harder. Some emulated Bass for a change Fingered the remaining ones like a bass I don't think hearing the song dozens of times before helped at all I can't wait to see some of you pull off amazing scores on this

@ Razrshred Do you maybe know if practicing in riff repeater with 2 people at lower speed just doesn't work? No matter what I do it just keeps resetting the speed to 100%

It's the same here as well, definitely a little annoying, props to anyone who can sightread those parts

@ Rodman I still wonder, why are some/most players only listed in one single category for the XP Levels? For example: Why am I only in the Rhythm Player XP category when it's the category I'm the worst at/play the least?
