I'm no bassist and i don't own a bass, but i agree with @Mortalo on this one. Give advanced a try, and if you don't like it you can always nag Mortalo until he puts you back in intermediate. :D

well @@Kaijin. You did score 99%+ on the int lead this week. So unless the rules have changed you are in the adv class next week.

I changed my cable gain from -1.2dB to 8.1dB. It really improves your sustain, and helps with hammer-ons/offs. Bit it did noting about the note detection on high note bends. It does not sound that bad but the accuracy sucks. Bends over the 15th fret on the e string does not register for me. I had real troubles playing the opening riff in secret agent man, so i tried something new (for me). Hybrid picking. Plectrum for the g string and middle finger on the e. Only took me a few tries to nail the intro that way.
