Two new participants showed their results first time last week. Based on their scores, I added them to the classes: @ Dollar Thief - You were assigned to the Intermediate class on Lead and Advanced on Rhythm because you only showed scores of these classes - if you disagree, protest! @ Lilumina - You were assigned to the Masterclass on Bass because you achieve 96% accuracy on the previous week's difficult Masterclass song - if you disagree, protest!

Yes, Rhythm on this is more enjoyable than Lead. I don't know if Nana Mizuki song isn't a bit more difficult overall.

Two songs from my suggested ones that I played before, so I can start quickly this week. I hope, that chord using the thumb will not be problematic for beginners. A good cover from Mobi. Oh yeah, a classic Japanese song - flying like crazy all over the fretboard xd I don't know if the quality of the chart is ok, but I remember testing this once for a difficulty rating.

Attemps in SA. I'm not a fan of this song and this album. Metallica has dropped level here compared to their earlier releases.

Little better on Rhythm.

I did not play much this week and I didn't feel in my best shape... We already played this when I participated in the championship (over a year ago). I was able to improve my result by a few %, so always something.

This reminds me of the old days (2006 maybe) when I was playing this game... This is nice, I like this sound, quite difficult for an intermediate level. Another song that reminds me the old times. Masterclass songs aren't my cup of tea, still too fast for me.

Little improvements: I always have stupid power chord misses here. I don't know if these are my mistakes, but rather recognition. 99+ is my max I like to play it. I tried to get 90% but couldn't. Still, for a song that is basically one long solo, this result is ok. I changed the rating from 7.5 to 8. Basically a cosmetic change of no importance.

Good question! When I started playing guitar on Rocksmith I only used 3 fingers which I think was a big mistake, it wasn't easy to get out of this habit afterwards. Now I use 4 fingers on the guitar, but still have a problem with that on bass. In the fast riffs (Drawing a Black from this week is a great example here) it's easier for me to play a riff with 3 fingers jumping quickly than with 4 fingers, which i suppose I should do.

Bass improvement Damn this riff is fast. Much easier to play on guitar than bass. I'll try again tomorrow.
