  1. @@MaZtoR Very nice! Welcome to the fat bottom club! :D How are you enjoying it so far? @ That's the spirit! You won't regret it! Feel the groove! :v:
  2. Another + :) (lower streak than last one though :( ) http://i.imgur.com/HsWUecS.png?1
  3. This is a beast of a track http://i.imgur.com/JulEgUh.png
  4. Congrats @@Rodman! That's fantastic news! :confetti_ball: :) http://i.imgur.com/AhN6TRd.png?1

Are you having issues with the link or how to find the link? If it's the latter, click on one of your uploaded images and there's a list of sharing links to the right. You can either copy the BBCode and paste that in the text box, or copy the direct link then click the insert image button and paste the direct link in there. Example, just pasting: [img=http://i.imgur.com/llxBOa7.png?1] where you type will work.
  6. Yep not a 3! http://i.imgur.com/1H7mWOU.png?1 Had a feeling the adv/mc bass paths might get switched (but I kept quiet coz I prefer Intervals  ). http://i.imgur.com/llxBOa7.png?1 http://i.imgur.com/RkSwetP.png?1

  9. Aaaaand today the fret buzz on my Sire is only above the 10th fret  More playable anyway. http://i.imgur.com/9Yv7Ekj.png?1 Very nice! That's a groove! B) Much head bobbing and bass-facing was done - might have looked like a Muppet, but it felt cool to play! Never would have thought to play them, but Used to play Beelzeboss LOADS, not played it for ages though! Always kept missing out on that elusive 100! Still missed it (twice!)! http://i.imgur.com/nHe0TGv.png?1
  10. I don't think it's normal but it does happen. I even think my truss rod on my drop tuning bass managed to work loose. Either that, or I set it up with massively high action. :) You probably already know, but you can check how straight the neck is by using the strings as a straight edge. Press down on the first and 19th fret (or wherever the neck meets the body) and you'll have an idea of how much relief you've got in the neck (today lol). I have bugger all relief...today! I've got new strings ordered, been meaning to change them for a couple weeks now anyway, will give it a full dose of tlc when they arrive and hope the weather makes its mind up!
  11. Ahhh Beelzeboss!! Nice! :) Went to play this morning and my Sire's developed wicked fret buzz and massive intonation problems literally overnight. The weather's been changing rapidly and drastically here lately, but it still seemed weird to go out of whack so quick. This normal? My Ibby's also got issues, but I've not played that one for ages anyway.
  12. http://i.imgur.com/7HkniUR.jpg The song takes on a whole different feeling when you imagine George singing it instead ;)
  13. I never bother deleting championship tracks after they're done....I've made an exception and deleted this one already. REALLY not my thing. One play was more than enough (I almost forgot to screencap, would have been gutted! ). http://i.imgur.com/s4b4Yn7.png?1 Diehard status only I suspect this week. Got Steam sale purchases to enjoy instead. -_- Enjoy!
  14. Tiny improvement :) http://i.imgur.com/11FKnxf.png?1 Not so tiny improvement :D http://i.imgur.com/HTyeWcH.png?1
  15. This one's deceptively tiring on the fingers... http://i.imgur.com/ecKW6oe.png?1 A genuine sight read and I'm amazed I got this score tbh! I think I got very lucky again with a couple of those fills.... http://i.imgur.com/u67R3Q7.png?1 Got a better score on advanced, sounded much better (though still appalling), but no accuracy improvement. :( Spent some time riff repeating The Moody Blues, got it down fairly decently at about 90% speed....at 100% speed I wondered why I'd even bothered! Took a break, came back and managed a small + http://i.imgur.com/FxN7Soj.png?1
  16. Ughhhh! Screw this heat! Give me back the pissing rain and howling wind any day! Anyway....sight reads: http://i.imgur.com/EXqj7pQ.png?1 http://i.imgur.com/3laX9DM.png?1 Then a SA attempt that felt incredibly flukey! My fingers felt like a drunk spider flapping about on rollerskates and it sounded like total crap! http://i.imgur.com/xRvH4fN.png?1 I have a feeling I might be able to improve more on the MC track than this. I never really improve much on super fast tracks and the MC track has repeating riffs that if I can manage to nail in RR could boost my score higher than the ADV track.
  17. I always find it strange/frustrating when my score gets progressively worse as my accuracy increases  http://i.imgur.com/LYVp5NP.png?1 http://i.imgur.com/iaewT2E.png?1 I love playing this, Frips! Top track! :)
  18. Small accuracy +, big score + :) http://i.imgur.com/XAHmKOG.png?1
  19. Hope you finger is feeling better soon @@Shocked Mind :) I have frequent issues with my left wrist (I blame my age lol!) and I'll say this....The pain never ever just goes away on it's own if you keep playing, so a rest period is inevitable - better to make that one or two days than much longer PLUS so much pain it hurts while sitting doing nothing. ;) Not to make any assumptions about what you may or may not be doing, but to pass on some good advice that honestly does make a difference - If you don't already, be sure to do warm up stretches too (YouTube is your friend) :) You might want to try training your fretting hand to be lighter too. We all have a tendency to use a death grip at first, lightening your touch will put less strain on everything. If you've never set up your bass, you might also consider lowering the action too so it's less effort to fret. Lastly, avoid playing the same song/passage over and over again. Break it up with another song or two that moves your hand differently or rest altogether. Again, hope that wasn't condescending, I don't know what you do or do not do, but I know I had to hear/read/be told this kind of stuff more than once. :)
  20. Another great track, thanks @@fripponomic! http://i.imgur.com/5NT5bGL.png?1 Edit: Oh I meant to ask you, Fripples, how do you get on with the rest of the band? Any of them divas? :P
  21. Yup! Know exactly what you mean. And the strings feel about half the distance apart too. I don't know how people can flip back and forth between the two.
  22. Today's + :) http://i.imgur.com/Mhh7D0S.png?1 And Joan Jett... http://i.imgur.com/NZw4zCL.png?1
  23. Wow! You weren't kidding about this track! This really IS just the lead path on bass isn't it? That's definitely not an invitation for guitarists to post up emulated bass scores mind! <_< (mutters.....) First attempt: http://i.imgur.com/xI8hfpH.png?1 bit better... http://i.imgur.com/K7RlVFn.png?1 And just to feel good about myself again....the bonus arrangement hah! :D http://i.imgur.com/yhxRufd.png?1 And Billy Talent.... http://i.imgur.com/OHSyB3c.png?1
  24. Oh right! Cool! Should have checked in game really, sorry! :D
