  1. Do you have a screenshot of what you are talking about?
  2. @@Riverset Are you sure you set the path to wwise in the toolkit?
  3. @@opethianskies All CDLC can use the same single oDLC ID (which is why they are all set to Cherub Rock on CF)
  4. @@phillupdbowl The problem with not having tones is that at one point in time, it caused tone change to be broken which would prevent you from actually using your favorite tone set to one of the 3 position. Yes, tones will vary greatly from hardware to hardware, no one can deny that but that's totally beside the practical point of having tones set and tones changes in CDLC. For the best possible experience in as many case as possible with CDLC, tones are needed.
  5. No cause wwise is what RS use and only them offer the tools to convert the audio to the appropriate proprietary format as far as i'm aware. Note that if breaching EULA is a concern to you, using CDLC is already a EULA breach of Rocksmith EULA but EULA are not really unforceable in any country as far as i'm aware anyway so i wouldn't necessarily over think this.
  6. @@Niz0 The point is to benefit from the in game tone simulation, the microphone deactivate that part to avoid feedback, using a no-cable crack allows to bypass that "issue".
  7. @@RedCrowBleeding No cable works perfectly fine for quite a few people and there's also the microphone mode that works too.
  8. @@kevb For the splash screen thing, know that you can also just enter the shop to force the enumeration process again. But both method don't allow to remove songs or edit as those situation will make the game crash as soon as you go over a removed song or try to play an edited one.
  9. @@Xevious7 We know they had about 2 to 3 month of DLC planned ahead which doesn't quite fit with the Covid-19 timeline for sending people to work from home and notetracker job can be done remotely very easily too (and some of those notetracker have been seen on the weekly stream too).
  10. Since Catalina update, a lot of tools are not working on Mac anymore due to the drop of 32bit compatibility which makes CDLC creation on mac without using a VM impossible as far as i'm aware.
  11. Alright, a lot of variety available in recent times, from rock classic to prog metal to parody and funk, a lot of thing to enjoy during this quarantine.
  12. You need to download the dll file and put it in rocksmith folder : http://customsforge.com/topic/901-how-to-use-custom-dlcs-in-rs2014/
  13. the file ending in _p.psarc are for PC, you need a file that ends in _m.psarc for it to work on mac.
  14. @@hellrazor17 Lights is the least important aspect of it and don't really bring anything of value for actually learning the instrument so i'm not sure why you would consider it needed to be already close to ODLC-quality like.
  15. You need to adjust the BPM in EOF to fits with the song. As for selecting multiple note, click on the first one, then SHIFT+click to select all between both or CTRL+click to just add it to the current selection.
  16. @@eaterofpiss If you don't know how to create a CDLC to begin with, making adjustment is even more difficult and cumbersome to do. You need to unpack a psarc to find importable xml for EOF to work with but even then, a lot of things will have to worked with to make sure everything work as intended for you.
  17. @@Lovroman "but it's not necessarily 100% confirmed the pedal works the way we expected it to work, so..." What do you need to know about it?
  18. @@adrian142 the part you are missing is this one : b. Set the beatmap to the correct tempo all along the song
  19. @@adrian142 have you even checked the tutorial this topic relates to?
  20. @@FishySquidMan There's a 2 hour and 48 minutes one for bass : http://customsforge.com/page/customsforge_rs_2014_cdlc.html/_/pc-enabled-rs-2014-cdlc/complete-symphonic-recording-r19581 There's a few other full album CDLC.
  21. That's a change that have been made with the Remastered where the game will automatically have phrases be selectable as sections. It probably also is why it causes bug if you have phrases shorter than section and end up with wrong name cause the game don't have any name to pick from to show the suggestion. The safest bet for you is to have section set like the second screen is, it's only way to make sure both screen will be the same and you won't have weird suggestion too. Yes, the no guitar is only for non selectable section and should only be used for empty part (where there's no guitar to be played). Always been like that and it's quite clearly specified in my guide. Been there done that and i've stopped cause it's just not worth it at any point in time.
  22. @@dan4k Orange bar are sections and they define what you can select in Riff Repeater, they are largely more important than phrases and difficulty for most people. Too long sections will make using riff repeater less practical because you'll have to play through large part when you might want to focus only on a specific riff inside of it. It is what matters for 99% of users. DDC should not cut sections off if you generate with the proper settings and have set your sections yourself properly. Yes, the level can be weird but that's how it is when you generate something out of a basic algorithm but it's also a massive time saver cause creating difficulty by hand is by far the most time consuming part of creating a CDLC.
  23. I'm sorry what? First do you use DDC? If so, what is your phrase length setting there? That is going to be totally skew your testing because DDC will use that settings to add/alter sectionning. You can look into my tutorial to maybe understand more about what sections and phrase are exactly about. http://customsforge.com/index.php/topic/35318-cdlc-creation-for-rocksmith-2014-remastered/ In your case, if you set the sections in EOF as you want them to be and set the phrase length settings in DDC high enough for DDC to not break what you did in EOF.
