Tried again on bass today (previous scores weren't on emulated bass either) and still think its rated too high. Still really enjoyed the song and will definately keep this one for warming up, thanks! 🙂

Well go for it ! 😛  im sure if you get 100 on emulated you could retry on real bass and do just as well

Allright, that was fun...

went for a nice lil recording session to butcher that one 😉

What do we have - Drums is midi through sound engine, the rest is all me, quite some first takes so maybe quite some room for improvement but hey - fun is the goal.
Rodrigo has great songs i must say, and that one is one of em.

Edit: ouch! What sounded perfectly balanced over my new headphones is a horrible mix over my laptopspeakers and the cellphone... where the heck is my rhythm guitars??? Annoyingly loud vocals a lead... sorry - remixing today.

Done that... shall be better

Nah! I´m living with my lame-ness. No problem. Bass is bass is bass is bass - and my fingers shall learn to do those rather easy patterns on the big scale also. Maybe i´ll find 2 or 3 hours to practice on that.

yea mixing and mastering are the parts i leasst like of making songs cause its annoying when the song sounds decent on one system but absolutely different on another one.

Still, much respect for you pumping out covers always so quickly! Always enjoy your ai album pictures aswell. 

Bass

Ok, I think this could be 7 (definitely no less). I think that's how I rated it at the beginning, but then I adjusted a bit to make it more suitable for the masterclass, where the bass suggestion is missing.
@ cacahuate51 is too good and almost always rates bass too low in my opinion, but I was surprised by @ Rodman  low score here – get a grip, you're in the masterclass after all! 😉

Maybe it's the type of chart, with little movement on the fretboard and quick skipping between strings. Some might find this easy, while others might find it difficult.

A little better on the last attempt

Quick playthrough cause I'm busy. But they're fun, simple songs, so I think I'll be getting back to them for general practice.

Had a pretty intense week after getting back from vacation last week, glad to finally be back in the groove

Hard basschart for me there (7.5). Getting many missed for sloppiness - all well deserved - on the quick stringswitches, especially still being vastly unprecise with my pinky. Annoying brrrrrr... but another Impulse to work on smthg, and we shall..
