Issues with Ignition4

I am getting this re-occurring issue when browsing ignition4 for cdlc, Whilst I'm searching, an additional window pops up and states the main will refresh in 10 seconds, and then opens another instance of ignition4 within the same browser tab. I am forced to refresh the page to return it to normal but that typically lasts for 30 seconds before the prompt shows up again. I'm not sure where else to post this so forgive my ignorance if I'm in the wrong area. I've never had this issue before but this has been happening for the last 2 days.
