Editing phrases of existing CDLCs

Greetings,

I'm trying to edit phrases (the song sections that you can select in Riff Repeater) of an existing CDLC: https://ignition4.customsforge.com/cdlc/32587 . The current version has them arranged quite randomly, making it difficult to practice individual song sections.

Using Song Creator Toolkit, I've unpacked the CDLC and located the Lead arrangement's XML file and the sections that represent the phrases: http://prntscr.com/vomns7

At this point, given enough patience and trial-and-error (edit XML, pack CDLC, launch Rocksmith, review, repeat), I can probably edit the time values to arrange the phrases the way I want.

Question: is there a more user-friendly way to do this with existing Rocksmith tools that I'm missing?

Thank you

You would need to go back to EOF (preferably cutting out the DD first) to make it largely easier but depending on how properly the CDLC was made, it can still be a very tedious effort to adjust things properly.
