Please help. After reformat, cdld's won't start?!

*sorry guys im retarded.  i had the dll file in the dlc folder, not the rs root .*

 

So my 5 year old 60GB SSD died a little over a week ago.  I have been through several reformats since and thought I finally had everything working solid.  But in RS2014, cdlc's won't start when I try to play them.  Upon selecting Play Song, the tuner comes up, then the amps come on screen, and RS just hangs (not freezes) and all I can do s Alt+F4 back to Windows.  PLEASE HELP.  Native tracks work fine.

 

Here's my setup:

 

7 4820K 3.7Ghz

8GB DDR31600

Gigabtye GTX670 2GB

Gigabyte x79 UP4 board (on board audio for RS)

 

Windows 7x64 SP1

 

What other info should  post?
