I need help :huh:

I'm not really a Guitar Player(actually specially Bass) and have no idea and can not found Finger position for two Chords.

Who knows the correct finger position for these chords:

 

Chord
Jamplay Dm / EOF Dmin

fret

or alternative Chords for this maybe with easier Finger position?
