  1. You can download the PDF version of this tutorial here. Credit: Thanks to raynebc for designing and coding the Tech Notes authoring into EoF and for his abundant extremely helpful and timely explanations both online and offline to me for this tutorial as well as performing detailed reviews of drafts of this tutorial. His explanations, upon which this tutorial is based, are often times transcribed verbatim in this tutorial. Whatever text appears in bold green represents text new to the current revision of the Tech Notes Tutorial CHANGE LOG Version 1.0 – 17Feb2014 – Initial Release – EoF H
  2. Hey everyone, I'm working on a custom in which I'm stuck tabbing the solo by ear, and it consists of a few bend-and-release notes (similar to that in the main riff in 'Back in Black'), and I was wondering if someone might be able to describe how I might do that with EoF? As an example from the solo, I need to do a whole-step bend on the 14th fret of the G-string, and bend back down. However, in-game in the 4-string path, both instances of this slide appear like 1, as opposed to just the earlier instance. It might be worth mentioning that I placed everything in EOF
  4. In order to be reading this, you should have a basic idea of how customs work, and what to do in order to make them. This topic is intended for people who already know the very basics of how to chart, but want to make sure that their customs are nice and polished. If you don't know what you're doing, click here. This will give you a very in-depth look at how to actually make CDLC. Also, it will help a ton if you have a general idea of how to count and read sheet music and tab (trust me, I know). This tutorial will cover mostly things to do with taking your customs to the next level. I take n
  5. Hi, I'm trying to tab a "delayed slide" in EOF and it's just doesn't work. I want a single note sustain for some time and then an unpitched slide. How should it look like in EOF?
