    solo

I am trying this out, I am stuck on the solos, do I have to own gp5 to actually get the solos to donwoad to eof?
  2. so I have a gp7 tab converted to gp7 (in guitar pro 7.5) but once imported in eof (1.8RC12 + hotfix) only 3/4 of the tab appears in eof I also tried to convert the tab with tuxguitar and either I get the same result or the tab is stretch to 5/4 of the song I have idea why it's the first and only tab to do that I forgot to mention that once converted in gp5 the tab is correct and it's only in eof that their is 1/4 missing also the tab is correct because it comes from the band itself
  3. This is my basic workflow for making the song. This is also good approach for quick check if it's worth to do the song (checking out the tab). Disclaimer: This is not the only one approach but it's the best practice for minimizing manual frustrating error-prone work and it allows you to actually go back and fix anything in the sync, tab, sections or phrases easily. (You can use this tutorial even if you later decide to maintain chart completely in EoF.) Note for tabbing: I have found GP/GPA combo to be great for creating tabs from scratch - I figure out the BPM, sync the measures and progres
  4. i'm working on Radiohead - Polyethylene and would like to check if someone familiar with Guitar Pro wishes to help me get it accurate enough. what i did: i took tabs from the internet (songsterr), corrected time signatures, added solo from ultimate guitar (neither of the two available is 100% good). what needs to be done: - check solo tabs and correct bends and probably notes); - help with correct selection of tones; - i'm also having troubles syncing it in EOF, but maybe i'll get it done myself.
  5. Hey Guys, I have a song with an intro which leads into the main song but these are two separate Guitar Pro files, is there any way to import these into Editor On Fire without overwriting each other? The obvious answer seems to just merge them into one Guitar Pro file and then import. Thanks.
  6. I'm trying to make my first CDLC song for Rocksmith, but i'm stonewalled by EOF. It won't import my guitar pro tabs. The tabs are made on Guitar Pro 6, which is supported, isn't it? What's wrong?
  7. Hi, I just found this site and think it's amazing. I wanted to try to make an own CDLC and am now wondering how I can manage this without a guitar pro file. I have the guitar pro 5 software but I can't find a already made gp-file of the song I'd like to create a CDLC of. Is there a way to import the notes in another way? Best regards D
  8. i recently ran into an issue with EOF while charting a song. The section is guitar pro look like this http://imgur.com/brSNeBy which translates fine in EOF as seen here http://imgur.com/mE5OcNA but for some reason when the song gets to this point with more 16th notes http://imgur.com/MmY9RUn EOF spreads them out way more than they should be http://imgur.com/gBebNcn Any ideas on how to fix this?
