  1. Just gonna throw a little personal opinion out here. As a charter, I don't care for the idea. And as a user you'll never even see the feedback that may even tell you that there is an issue with the custom. Believe me I get it, but how many songs are you downloading at one time, and why, You can only play one at a time. That you are able to do this is great. But I put things in my release notes saying what parts are what, why a guitar part is the way it is and any problems are existing at the moment. So that gets skipped over. And not even looking at what someone has to say about something they have worked on for what has likely been hours is sort of like coming to my house for cookout, not bringing anything, drinking all my beer and leaving. Makes me wonder if I want to cookout anymore.

  2. Finger exercises. Warm up a bit before you play, The reason your hand gets fatigued is the same reason you can't be expected to go run 5 miles if you've been on the couch for a year. You have to play to get your muscles stronger. Scales will help some with this but honestly finger exercises are going to help you get stronger faster. When I first started playing guitar I played the Peter Gunn theme as an exercise ( my instructor showed me it ) and I still play it often as a warm up. But now I add string skipping and a much faster tempo, but it's the same pattern. I think Izzy posted some exercises on here. Or maybe it was just warm ups http://customsforge.com/page/customsforge_rs_2014_cdlc.html/_/pc-enabled-rs-2014-cdlc/bass-finger-exercises-r9 But anyway, practice, practice, practice, it should get better with time. Also, just out of curiosity, how long do you play when you DO play. If you get used to long sessions that should make it take longer before you get sore. Some days I start playing and my hand hurts very early, other days I can play for hours. And a few more exercises for you http://search.customsforge.com/?a=You .

  3. I leave the auto speed up on 100% difficulty , with 0 error tolerance. Then play at say 50% speed. Once you hit all the notes it will automatically speed you up 10%. Repeat until at 100%. Profit!!! I also work on the song in small sections, that way you burn the section into muscle memory.

  4. The original Rocksmith was a compromise. The developers knew they COULD do more, but with a very small team and time constraints they released the best product they could. Ubisoft saw a success and gave the green light for RS2014. With a larger team, more money and more time RS2014 improved greatly with techniques, much improved lessons and more refined arcade games. Now they had to license the songs and,, oh shit,. New game, New license. I thought the way they did it was about as good as it gets. At least we got to keep our Dlc from RS1 as well, since I had almost all of it. $10 for all those songs, heck yes. Also please remember Ubisoft is like the bank for these games. They don't make them, the just out up the money and distribute them. Like MGM.

  5. BlueTac covered it pretty well. Feedback is important. Also with around 7000 songs in your DLC folder the game would load very slowly. And I'd hate to see how long it would take to enumerate that many at once. Also, Customs Forge doesn't actually have the songs, we are simply a link to the charters storage. So if there was a way to hit download all. You would have 7000 links open, I doubt that would work.
