  1. Play count is stored in your profile and not the song files, and therefor can not be filtered/sorted by in CFSM. It is also not possible to delete them inside of Rocksmith. You best bet is to have a text document open and write the ones you want deleted down for future reference.
  2. If the game works fine until you try to play a CDLC song, that means the CDLC D3DX9_42.dll is not working properly. This can be caused by: Not having the D3DX9_42.dll in your Rocksmith folder (the one where the Rocksmith.exe is) The D3DX9_42.dll is not the latest version (Should be 117KB) Rocksmith is not the latest version and not on a beta or "JustInCaseWeNeedIt"
  3. There's nothing stopping you from downloading the .psarc files, whether you have the game or not. There is the WIP charter Shroud posted, but there is also "Charter" which is also being developed. You can find it on GitHub here. - That being said, you can still purchase the physical copy of the game and redeem the Steam code, which lets you download and play it like normal. So saying it's not available isn't entirely true. There are at least 3 different copies available on Amazon (1 - 2 - 3). They aren't cheap, but it's the price you pay for a delisted game with very limited physical copies left.
  4. That would be dope. Tell him it's basically a Solo II Platinum with stainless steel frets and MOP Nikki Stringfield inlays, but with black hardware (because I don't think they make satin chrome locking tuners)
  5. There are multiple rs1compatibility files, did you delete them all or just one of them? Reinstalling might help, I'd just make sure you backup your CDLC so you don't have to download them all again. Could also check song packs in CFSM to see if they show up there.
  6. This isn't a suggestion for the CustomsForge Song Manager, this is not the place for song requests. If you would like to request CDLC, you can do so on our wishlist page.
  7. Hah, it's a custom shop I designed in photoshop. They never got back to me on a quote, it's been like 5 months.
  8. You don't need to download the import tool. Those songs are contained in the rs1compatibility files. If, for some reason, those songs aren't in your game anymore; you should be able to just delete those files and re-download them by verifying game files.
  9. If you mean by "single plucking"; that you want to pick a single string, but instead you're hitting multiple strings, then sure. Though, picking a single string shouldn't be all that difficult. I imagine you're trying too hard if you're having a rough time of it. Best tip I can give to newer players (and anyone really) is to just ease up. Use the least amount of effort and pressure as possible. You may also want to adjust the angle of your attack on the strings for even easier picking.
  10. If the CDLC aren't showing, does that also mean your oDLC (Cherub Rock, Hey Ya!, etc.) aren't showing up either?
  11. Cheers Hopefully it'll help more in the future too.
  12. It's a driver issue. Not sure why the Focusrite 32bit drivers aren't working, but it's not uncommon to have drivers that stopped supporting 32bit. For anyone else who might stumble upon this problem; you can find Focusrite drivers that should work with 32bit here.
  13. Seems to be a problem with the Focusrite USB ASIO driver to me. Try taking a look at the directory for the FocusriteUsbAsio32.dll located in (C:) > Program Files > Focusrite > Drivers Maybe the file is missing, and that's causing the problems. Could also be why you needed to use WASAPI output instead of ASIO too. If it's there, then I'm not exactly sure what the issue is.
  14. Because we have a support channel where a lot of people visit, and it's faster. If you want to go back to Windows 10, be my guest. You wouldn't be the first one who had issues moving from 10 to 11 and wanting to go back to 10. I simply offered an alternate solution, and no it shouldn't effect Amplitube, you're not changing anything related to it.
  15. You can, I have. It shouldn't make a difference which one you use. I do have two other ways to get it working if you're interested. You should be able to use REAPER or VoiceMeeter to route your guitar signal into Rocksmith, since RS_ASIO doesn't seem to want to work correctly for you. (You would still use RS_ASIO, but you'd use either of them as the input instead of your interface directly) Feel free to stop by our Discord Server. I can help you in the #support channel with setup of either of them. They're both programs I've helped lots of others use, and use personally. VoiceMeeter is free for the regular and banana versions, and potato is $10. REAPER is free for 60 days and then "free" like WinRAR. They tell you to buy it ($60), but the only thing you have to do is close the pop up window after 5 seconds. I would recommend REAPER over VM for getting your guitar to Rocksmith, but VM is easier to stream Rocksmith to Discord with if you wanted do use that. (But you can use both at the same time, I do)
  16. Regarding the wineasio, no that is normal for it to not find it. Wine should be for Linux systems. As far as the stuttering/distorted audio. You'll have to play around with the buffer size value to find something that doesn't cause issues. You might also try changing the latency buffer in the rocksmith settings. You can go higher than the default 4. Something to think about. - Now, for the real problem, the input. Input 1, channel 1definately should be the correct setting. However; it seems it's not working correctly. At this point, you may as well try other channels, 0 and 2, to see if you can get any input from them. If not, then you may need to just try the direct connect mode available in RSMods under the Set and Forget mods, in the Misc tab.
  17. That is how I laid out the steps was for this case. Are you getting sound output from Rocksmith? Or are you not getting input and output?
  18. Nothing wrong with starting over. I haven't really watched any videos of how to get it working, so I'm not sure what steps they take. However, this is how I have done it, and how I've had lots of other people do it. I know you've already covered some of these steps, but I'm going to list everything for anyone who might stumble across this thread. Starting with a fresh install of Rocksmith and with the latest drivers for your interface installed. Proceed with the following: Change the sample rate of your interface in the Focusrite (or other manufacturer's) device settings. It should be 48000 Hz. Bit depth can be 16-bit or 24-bit. Install RSMods. Install RS_ASIO by dragging the 3 files from the .zip archive into the base Rocksmith folder. (Where the Rocksmith.exe file is) Run Rocksmith. Ignore any SOUND INITIALIZATION ERRORs. Once the game has loaded; close it. Open RSMods and navigate to the RS_ASIO Settings tab. Set your input 1 to your interface (Focusrite USB ASIO). Change the channel to match the input you're using for your instrument. (Input 1 on an interface = channel 0| Input 2 on an interface = channel 1 - and so on) Set your output to your interface (Focusrite USB ASIO). Input 2 and Input Microphone should not have anything selected (unless you plan on playing mutiplayer for some reason). Set your Buffer Size. "Driver" will use the number your interface is already set to. To use a different value, use "Custom". If using custom, set the value to 192 to start with. Navigate to the Rocksmith Settings tab. "Exclusive Mode" should be enabled. * OPTIONAL * Check "Real Tone Cable Only" --- This makes it so Rocksmith doesn't take over your microphone, allowing you to use it in Discord. (It also doesn't change the volume level on the Mic like it normally would) * OPTIONAL * Uncheck "Enable Microphone" --- Additional setting to make sure Rocksmith doesn't try to use your mic. Run Rocksmith. - If you are using the RealTone Cable but an audio interface for sound output: Instead of selecting your interface in step 6. leave it blank. Select "Use WASAPI Input". This will use Windows default audio input (recording device). Make sure it is set to 48000 Hz, 16/24-bit in Windows sound settings. Also make sure Windows allows applications to take exclusive control of this device. (Found in "More sound settings", then the advanced tab of properties) - If you are using the interface for input, but headphones or speakers connected to your PC using something other than the interface (USB or 3.5mm aux into motherboard): Instead of selecting your interface in step 8. leave it blank. Select "Use WASAPI Output". This will use Windows default audio output (playback device). Make sure it is set to 48000 Hz, 16/24-bit in Windows sound settings. Also make sure Windows allows applications to take exclusive control of this device. (Found in "More sound settings", then the advanced tab of properties) - That should be it for the set up. After you have confirmed input works and you have sound output (even if it's distorted or unusable). Then you can attempt to fix audio quality and latency. Latency Buffer (In Rocksmith Settings, or the Rocksmith.ini file). 4 is default, lowest in-game setting is 2. (The game will say it's 1, but the file will say 2). Buffer Size (set in RS_ASIO and/or your driver settings for the interface. A buffer size of 192 should work without any audio distortion, however you may want to have slightly less latency. A step down from 192 should be 96. A step down from 96 should be 48. You're free to try numbers between 192 and 96, but in my experience; other numbers will cause problems. If, when changing buffer sizes, you lose audio in Rocksmith (audio from other sources should still be fine), you will need to: Change the buffer size back to the previous value that worked before losing audio (or distortion). Restart your PC. (Unplugging and re-plugging in your interface may also work, but I know restarting works for me) - Getting a SOUND INITIALIZATION ERROR after following the 14 steps mentioned earlier on should only be because: The sample rate isn't 16/24-bit 48000 Hz. Rocksmith can't get exclusive control of your audio device.
  19. If using WASAPI gives you sound output, then sure, go ahead and use it. It's not how I've done it, and it's not how everyone I've helped did it. But I'm not going to argue over something that works. You should then clear output selection so it's not trying to use both ASIO and WASAPI for output. I will note a couple things though. You seem to have added your mic as an input, but using the same channel as your instrument. Generally, people don't want to use their microphone in Rocksmith, but if you do for some reason; you should change that to use channel 0. Otherwise; you can clear the selection and even disable it. You may also get the SOUND INITIALIZATION ERROR by not having the exclusivity boxes checked in windows sound properties. Or even when using sound enhancements. - Now, if you're getting sound using WASAPI, but you're having issues with sound quality. Whether it being distorted, popping, crackling, robotic, slowed, or whatever. You should change the buffer size. 96 should work fine tho, so hopefully it wont be an issue. If at any point you lose sound in Rocksmith after changing the buffer size. Revert back to the previous setting and restart your PC.
  20. Are you using headphones connected to your Focusrite or directly into your PC? WASAPI is for headphones/speakers that aren't connected to your Focusrite. Usually when you get the error message about no output detected is because of a sample rate/bit depth issue. Though I do see that you at least had it set to 48000 Hz. As far as the input section, that should work, yes. I use the second input on my Focusrite and the channel is also 1. You don't have to use the "Input 2" to set it that way, but using it like that shouldn't effect anything. I had it set that way before without problems.
  21. That's because you changed the channel to 2. If you interface has 2 inputs, you will be using: Channel: 0 (for the first input) or Channel: 1 (for the second input) Also, you now have "Use WASAPI Output" checked, which means it shouldn't be using the interface for sound output. That is fine, it'll just use whatever is default in Windows. But you shouldn't have the interface selected if that's the case.
  22. Are you using the 2nd input on your interface for your instrument? You've got it using channel 1, which is input 2. - Second thing is your buffer size. 48 can work, but in my experience, a higher number is more stable and less prone to audio distortion. I'd try using 96 and see if that improves anything. Personally, I use the device settings to control the sample rate/buffer size for my interface instead of using windows settings and a custom buffer size in RS_ASIO. Though I do use 96 and not the 192 from the screenshot.
  23. If DLC from RS1 isn't showing up anymore, try deleting rs1compatibilitydlc_p.psarc and then verify game files through Steam. You will have to look in the DLC for Rocksmith and not 2014 for that particular pack.
  24. If you haven't already, I would download the latest drivers from Focusrite as a starting point. I would also suggest using RSMods for managing RS_ASIO since it gives you a GUI to work with. After doing those, you can go ahead and attach your RS_ASIO.ini and Rocksmith.ini and I will take a look at them.
  25. No, you can't bypass the system. We have rules. You agreed to them when you signed up. If you want the song that bad, you will have to make it yourself. Sharing CDLC of Official DLC is also against the rules, so you're not going to get it here. And providing it to others will get you banned.
