Last night, I just felt like playing my old four string bass, I always wondered why I never picked it up. It's because I was trying to learn how to play my six string bass. Though it's a little easier than the four string because of string space. I noticed, THIS FOUR STRING IS PERFECT FOR SLAP. I was just holding it last night. The strings felt smooth and thin, I slapped it. Ooh. Then I popped it. I really underestimated this bass. The only issue with it is the pickups are not as powerful as I would like them to be. And the frets are no issue as long as I'm not playing The Omnific.
