Rhinous

Hello all, I just started playing guitar this year. My mother just found out, and gave me her old college acoustic guitar. It's really rough and I'm in the process of getting it restored. One of her favorite songs she used to play was Kenny Loggins - Return to Pooh Corner. I'd like to surprise her by playing it for her this Christmas. Is there anyone willing to convert this into CDLC? It would be a lot easier for me learn/practice in Rocksmith. Thank you!
