  1. 1st try, did pretty well but could do better I think! Also, @@fripponomic These very short sustain notes at the end solo are really not working with the game's detection and they are so short it's not worth making them into sustains. Could you make them into simple notes if you've got the time?? Otherwise it's perfect, especially the tones!!

  2. Holy crap. The f***ing MC song! I know Vektor is crazy but this is WAY too over my current skill level. I don't think I scored 70 percent and now I'm too afraid to go near it again :p I might put up some fake BS score just to participate, but DAMN is it hard. Take it a bit easy organizers, we are not Petruccis and Mustaines over here :p

  3. Hey everyone! I'm back. I don't know If you remember but I was playing as ThugRaven before, though I've changed it now. I finally have enough time to participate in the CS again! If it's alright I'd like to continue were I left of, in MC, unless I have to climb the ranks from the beginning. So... here's my first entry in a while! Damn, I missed this...

  4. So... I downloaded Die Young from Black Sabbath but when i played the song, it didnt have a tone of its own so it just gave me that crappy dead sounding clean tone and then crashed the whole tone changing system. I dont know if the cdlc creator forgot to put a tone in their dlc or if its just a glitch on my part, but how do i use the toolkit to fix it on my own?? (Do not worry, as i do not intend to release the cdlc as my own work! Its just a personal correction i'd like to do)

(Btw, all the tutorials ive found are for making a cdlc from scratch, not edit an existing one)

  5. So, I have now reached a level where I think I can tackle a few songs on my own, so i started reading tabs (pretty easy after a few days of learning symbols by heart and stuff) and now I've decided to do the same in Rocksmith but I find arpeggio chords (or a bit of a solo sometimes) REALLY confusing even though it can be an arpeggio of just a simple barre chord! Any tips (other that practicing for a while with the setting on) ?

  6. Go here : http://ignition.customsforge.com/

Log in with the credentials you use here, then type the song you want into its searchbar. If the song exists its going to show up and you can download it. When you do (make sure to get the pc version of the song) go to your rocksmith directory folder and drop the cdlc into the dlc folder. ( If you dont have, create it)     You can probably find a tutorial on youtube. My method will only work if you have already placed the edited .dll file that you also have to install before you can play cdlc songs.

  7. @@Vodka - hammer score on Rise Against Rhy!!! Congrats.

Btw... Rise Against - that very very cool song made me spotify them (on a long laundry session ) ... and i must say each and every song from the most listened tracks was damn cool - that is really strange cause on if i remember right Southside festival 10y ago - on a nice sunny afternoon there was -Boy Sets Fire... brilliant then -Rise Against... really boring and thus put into forget box and then -Billy Talent... great as expected. Either they or me must have had a bad day?

    @@Rodman

In the old days rise against had 2-3 angsty crappy albums, but when they switched to a calmer more pop-punk direction they became great! People complain they arent heavy enough for a melodic-punk group but in punk its the message that matters, not how you deliver it! Most of their songs are very catchy. Its sad though, cause Tims voice has really deteriorated recently and i will be surprised if they release 2-3 albums before they disband :(
