  1. I've had this same problem now for almost a year, it used to work and then stopped working for now reason. Did a little research yesterday ( I use the Chrome browser) When previewing a song customsforge uses the Adobe Flash Player and for whatever reason Chrome unchecked the "always allow to run" on the flash player. Here is a link to how I figured out how to solve the problem......http://www.howtogeek.com/103292/how-to-fix-shockwave-flash-crashes-in-google-chrome/ Basically what you need to do is enter ( chrome://plugins/ ) in the address bar, a screen will be displayed that shows the Plugins for Chrome, look for "Adobe Flash Player" and check the box that says "always allowed to run" and that's it. Worked for me and now I can actually hear the tune. Hope this works for you........wish I had looked into how to solve this problem earlier. -Don
