  1. @@Rodman I like design. But my icon more like fro me. :)

And there video with tons bugs :)

I used clear dlc dir, only official dlc and RS12.

    There bugs with:

Duplicated fake list, not appear unsorted list, wrong adding selected a songs (one miss)

Everything is not as bad as it seems....

Strange is the not showing of your UNLISTED SONGS....

Can you please restart - go to SLMan and if nothing is shown or you get a doubleview like "test" press Refresh all (up right)

and tell me if there are any bugs left then...

  2. Thank you very much, look very useful and helpful tool. Will to try.

Not very useful list manager for dlc, bcs of there crap names of cdlc (an example whatigot_psarc). and not any tuning and other useful columns, like it did at first page RSRoadie.

    It main issue.

It possible to add all this cdlc  and dlc to first page, where is all information? or instead more good, to add all columns from first page to second (artist, name, tuning) fro list manager?

And why at second page have 2 separate windows, one "setlist" for list with define names, and second "unsorted songs"? Seems more simple and more clear for management to add "unsorted songs" how yet one define list "unsorted"  to setlist window, and remove this unsorted window.

Yet is question, how there to set mark "select" for group of dlc?

For function " Delete selected a song: need to add request for confirmation "yes or no", bcs it delete dlc physical from disk. And i not see there any backups for "unsorted list"

Zip selected list , don`t work. After press, appear windows with Error, Duplicate name: WC WC (name selected list), but for archive i choiced name "ssss" for testing.

btw. Is there way implement this idea about mark cdlc special tag ad atwork topic -->>.

it great and helpful idea, but no one not started work with programming this one.

    P.ps.  :P

    Thx man!!!!!

I think about all the things you want for CDCL management might be in the upcoming CF Song Manager!!!

So using those 2 tools together might give you the perfect suite for your library.

For now you can easily and perfectly disable the in-game songs you dont need, and you can set up setlists...

for that both windows are needed!

UNSORTED songs shows all your songs in /dlc - you can en/disable songs individually here

SETLISTS shows the subdirs in /dlc and you can en/disable this whole subdirs = setlists

Have been testing the zipping function on 4 different computers over and over - no errors in release ver. - can you pm me a detailed description of what is in the setlist you wanted to zip, and how the error occurs.

Confirmation for deletion - thx, will be added!

P.S. you are very cool with icons :)

I had to go rough myself this time to fit the rough layout ;) - how do you like that?

  3. Thank you very much for this tool. It sounds very interesting. Problem is I play RS on a Mac.

Is it possible to use it on a virtual machine to organize the playlist, and then play it on  myMac? How does it work? Does it remove the files from the dlc folder and store it somewhere else? Can it recognize mac versions of the songs?

    Cheers,

And another - yes i think it will work for sure for the RS14 songs, ... please report back after tryin

And ... if someone wants to do a mac port - let us know!

The Rs Roadie is freeware. You use it at your own risk. Do not pirate software!!! We strictly support Ubisoft, Steam and the whole RS and RS14 dev team. Thank you for bringing this awesome piece of software to life that makes us all spend our time here and with our instruments. We encourage everyone to continuously buy any official dlc she/he likes.

    Needed:

    - original RS14 installed (steam)

    - the official dlc and cdlc must be in /dlc or subfolders

    - the imported rs1compatibiliy in /dlc

    - The RS-Roadie newest ver. from the tools topic

    Install:

    - Unpack in any dir you like

    - Create Desktop shortcut

    done.

    First start:

Do a backup of your CDLC

    Do not have RS14 running!

If not autodetected you are asked for your gamepath.

    - Enter in the Path field e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rocksmith2014"

    - Press Load songs and wait for the songs to be listed (depending on cpu and h/ssd up to 2 mins) - once :)

    voila.

    Song Pack Mod:

Do a backup of your CDLC

    Do not have RS14 running!

What? - enable / disable the songs of your actual official game packs

How? - the tool uses the method i discribed in detail here

    Disable/Enable songs:

columns can be used to sort

    - tick the select boxes of the songs you want to disable, when you are done

    - press Disable songs

    - (press Enable if you want to enable songs....)

    - press Save songs

You can switch songpacks at songs from: and repeat the above

    done.

you can disable a whole songpack in setlistmanager under OFFICIAL SONG PACKS (no need to do manual disabling)

    - Press RUN RS WITH SELECTED SETLISTS or start outside the tool to see the result ;)

The changes are permanent - so to edit start the roadie, and edit as you like,

be sure to press save on every songpack edited!

With Restore backup you can revert all modifications

    Search - yes, does...

    Refresh - refreshes songlist

Delete extracted workdirs on exit - tick that only if hdd space is an issue for you, costs full reload on every toolstart

    Setlist Manager:

Do a backup of your CDLC

    Do not have RS14 running!

What? - create setlists, fill it with dlc and cdlc, add modified official packs, selectivelyenable/disable for launch and archive....just full featured real time setlist management.

How? - songs can be stored in subfolders... setlists are organised as subfolders of /dlc; we have implemented a disabling routine so disabled sls and songs are not loaded, made adding of modified off songpacks possible so the fitting in-game songs can be added to the sets. Archives are stored in /dlc as zips.

    Create Setlist:

If you already have your dlc and cdlc organised in subfolders - those show up as SETLISTS.

    - Press Create new setlist to do so.

All your songs in /dlc are shown under UNSORTED SONGS.

    - To add songs select and press Add selected songs to setlist.

    - To add your actually enabled ingame songs - select the pack(s) under OFFICIAL SONG PACKS and press Add song pack to selected setlist. When there is more than one off. pack of the same type enabled you get asked which to use at RUN RS WITH SELECTED SETLISTS.

To enable / disable setlists and song:

    - Press the fitting button :)

Changes are instant and permanent. Come back to the Roadie to change the situation.

    Remove songs / setlists:

on Delete sel. setlists and Remove selected songs - the songs are moved back to /dlc (UNSORTED SONGS) unless you tick delete songs permanently.

Delete selected songs - yes, does .... permanently

You can enable / disable the official song packs selectively (no need to disable all songs per hand)

    Refresh all - yes, does!

Restore official song pack backup - yes, does!

Restore a zipped songpack - yes, does, and you get asked which one...

    Archiving:

setlists and off. song packs can be archived at actual state. They are stored as .zips in /dlc and shown in ARCHIVE.

You can doubleclick a file to see the content :)

    RUN RS WITH SELECTED SETLISTS:

starts the game with the actually

    - enabled in game songs

    - enabled unsorted songs

    - enabled setlists

When there is more than one off. pack of the same type enabled you get asked which to use ;)

Have a lot of fun and let us know if anything is unclear!

Hey Rodman, Lovroman, why would i need that?
To keep your song selection list tidy! Hide songs, you dont wanna play right now, create multiple setlists with your selected official dlc, cdlc, RS14 and RS in-game-songs and have them ready to start with in a click.

    - standard e - tuned ingame songs plus your official dlc e-standard plus your fav. e-standard cdlc, or e.g
    - only the songs you already have mastered, or
