  1. @@firekorn - My experience is:

    1) Yes has to be known in game (see your list) and here comes the trick

    2) regardless what is set in the toolkit (which is needed for the song to work at the right tuning) the tuning shown is the tuning set in EOF!!!!! so when the right low tuning is not set in EOF but in the toolkit you get that annoying "other tuning"

  2. Haha... all is good.

    Fine for me.

The only songpacks that are in my lib are a few multitracks (i think here the Individual tracks should be available for dl and i will replace the pack with those) and 2 exercise packs (i found dling one file instead of like 10 here really handy) - the charter has agreed to upload the individual files. So problem solved for me.

Last idea about those packs i am gonna post:

What about adding the option here: repack as individual files? Would solve everything.

  3.

    Great! It does, thx!!!

subsequently i must ask to add repair option for those ;) files to push the quality further.

Packs are already analysed by the SM in great time (i thought that would be quite a bottleneck) so unpacking, fixing and repacking should be doable with a few (hundred) codelines.

Sry, the Charter is responsible for their Song Pack and quality. IMHO
    Not untrue.

But the one harmed by unfixed packs is not the Charter...

Further when most of the charters dont care to update the songs.... will they likely update packs?

And is there really a difference between not fixing a song or not fixing a songpack?

One could argue that you can download the individial songs and fix but the problem is that multitracks are sometimes provided as packs only....

I have tried to unpack the packs to fix individually and failed.

The way the cfsm is able to read out the packs right now makes it obvious that fixing would be really no big deal.

Given all that i am really in favor of implementing it.

  4. Thx and yes, most probably old issue cause they are 10-2016, just wanted to point out that it happened to me and probably to lots of others, too.

The non-fixing of .disabed ones does fix it for sure, right.

I was very unhappy at first with the non-fixing of disabled at first, cause when you start fixing a existing mixed database that is horrible, once you have managed to bring your database up to date and only have to fix newly added ones, it´s no problem.

Still the renaming of disabled dirs leads to problems (here at my place), it would be a lot better to do a quick check if all / none or some of the indir files are disabled as @@Lovroman and me had it in The Roadie.

    Thx for your work.

P.S: Glad to be able to report the obvious fix of another major bug: Till a few versions back when fixing for mastery and DD at the same time files got corrupted, what did not happen when first masterfixing and then DD - now it works (i dared to try again on the files added yd). THX
