    @@Rodman You find Geddy Lee's basslines straight forward? THAT's a new one. I was under the impression they were more complex than most basslines out there :P So fun to play though ^^

     

    Hahahaha, yes, no - i was talking of straightforwardness on the listening side only :)

     

    It might be a bit too much Mars Volta in my head but straightforward in a non monotonous way is exacty the feeling i get when Rush is on.

    Yay that Rush thing is bringing up some emotions - i love it!

     

    @@Mortalo - i fear its neither an issue of age, nor of gratefulness ;)

    In Person i think Joey, (as well as Scott Ian) is really cool, and i have seen quite a lot of interview footage. Just i never really got hooked on Anthrax because of the screaming.

    You might be not totally wrong - it is a bit an issue of age - that doesn´t even sound that bad

    Since we had working man - Rush has made it to my regular playlist.. both RS and spotify. I love that straight forward guitar and basswork a lot. And for the voice - hey after seeing an Anthrax show with Joey Belladonna up front every other lead singer is somehow ok... i guess :) and in Rush it fits quite well for my ears.

    I still cannot believe that ELO finally made it - it really was fun seeing Random Number Generator ignore it every time.

    In the other hand there is only one explanation: It must have been the only choice left for beginner class ;)

     

    So - everyone: Please put up to 4 songs of your choice into song selection list (see e.g. @@Mortalo ´s signiture for link), and very important: rate the paths for difficulty, and then have a little? patience and we all will be up and playing that.

    Master Class Bass 100% | 1,927,029 (this is the most fun I've ever had playing a bass arrangement, I wish there was more like this)

     

    [PS, for those who are interested in my videos: I'll be getting a new phone with a 20 Megapixel, 60FPS camera [my current one is only 8MP, 30FPS], so I'm waiting for that, but once I get it I'll make my videos on Chimera, Altitudes, and this Testostyrannosaurus song too, in 60FPS. ]

     

    Did you get a real bass by now, Joker?

    If not, you really should. I agree that most of the bass arrangements are less than 1/2 the fun emulated!

     

    And yes, your videos are very welcome.
