Guitar was out of commission for a few days. Tried the Intervals bass... ow. :lol: Guitar's fixed now though, back to my calling!

This week's beginner song is very difficult - that class has songs from 1-3 difficulty out of 10, and Waves is a fast 3. Wouldn't feel bad about a 72 on it after just a week of play. Keep at it! :godmode:

Flock of Seagulls: Super fun song with killer tones, highly recommend even Adv+ players give this one a go too. Dear Hunter: Can't believe we haven't played this band yet - tons of killer files for them, and they're WICKED! So obsessed with these guys. Highly recommend the Acts I-V albums to anyone who enjoys this tune. Wolfgang: Pretty catchy melody, very percussive riff. Intervals: Good luck. :lol:

Gamut Bass Adventures Whoops, dropped a few. :sweat: This is a great example of a bassline that's nothing crazy, yet makes for a great counterpoint. Missed screenshot on the Adv but I only got 91.7. I can't maneuver bass notes nearly as quickly as guitar notes, so when it really gets moving I fall behind. :sob: Guitar scores tomorrow?!

First stab of the week on the MC: Really fun percussive song - so much fretmuting! I think I'll get into the mid 90s after I tidy up the second verse riff and the solos.

I know it looks like I super rigged this week... but actually there's barely any MC songs on the Song Selection list, or Beginner ones for that matter! If you know any good ones, help make the CS great by putting them into the SSL. Scores! Let's start with Int/Adv: Very impressive tones for a RatM song, love this custom. Solo's pretty mean for intermediate, but I believe in you guys!! I only became aware of this band really recently, and wow. This has quickly become one of my favourite warm ups. The groove can be hard to catch at first, and the chromatics are kinda weird, but there's nothing here an Adv player can't handle.

This week was really hard to balance. In terms of difficulty on lead, Stickerbrush is very tricky for Int players... but the Advanced and MC are both on the easy side, so all three are really close to 6-7. Everything's really close to 6-7 on all three paths!
