  1. You may choose your favourite. Doesn't matter since I'm no longer in beginner class. I still like the song B) http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/alt08.png http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/beg13.png
  2. Score only works as a tie breaker if accuracy and streak are identical for two or more participants. So ideally it only matters at 100 % accuracy.
  3. At least try it in score attack mode quickly. I enjoy the rivalry between you two
  4. Ugh. I don't understand how that game can be so picky about those octave slides at the beginning and then not care at all about not strumming those open strings in those end-of-the-song power chords. http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/rhytm/int05.png
  5. No, just don't enjoy the song. http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/rhytm/int03.png
  6. I just played this on E-standard tuning with the tabs I learnt from the E-standard version with the exception of strumming three strings instead of two at the power chords. That A#5 and D#5 has an extra strum in there, but I wouldn't say it makes it significantly harder (not that you did either). I think as far as grading goes, these are both 3. http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/beg06.png I also played this in Eb-tuning with E-standard tabs (+1 fret shift due to tuning difference) and got the same result. So as far as the tabbing goes, they are nearly identical, just played from different positions. Tone is a bit more intrusive in the new version that includes bass tabs. Not sure why the author who re-tabbed this song chose to go with that open-string tabbing for the verse. Seems like that's an easy way to make it not sound good.
  7. Hmm, okay, it's not so bad. Most of it is just easy strumming. Solo is nasty piece of work once again with those nasty bends. http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/int04.png
  8. 99.27 % seemed to be the magic number for me. In this I somehow managed to mess up at the very end by doing the finishing strums couple of strums too early. http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/alt07.png but then I got it. I did not believe this would be possible after the first attempt in the song  http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/alt08.png @@Mortalo is this (http://customsforge.com/index.php/page/customsforge_rs_2014_cdlc.html/_/pc-enabled-rs-2014-cdlc/tommy-gun-r11430) version of the song acceptable. That intermediate lead seems so unappealing after this hell of a song :P
  9. So much fun to place on a bass. http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/bass/adv03b.png Not so much on a rhytm guitar. Even at 80 % speed I only got 84 %. Got to go slower to get faster :( http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/rhytm/adv01.png My ears were bleeding after this one. Not sure if it was my playing or the actual song. Those slides did not want to get registered at all -_- http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/rhytm/int01.png I'm hopeful with this one. 96 % at 80 % speed. http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/int01.png Some lead update http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/alt05.png And because @@Hughmonty started nailing this on master mode, I had to try as well http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/alt06.png
  10. Oh btw, is this acceptable alternative version for lead? http://customsforge.com/index.php/page/customsforge_rs_2014_cdlc.html/_/pc-enabled-rs-2014-cdlc/tommy-gun-r11430 It's actually in E-standard and is played from the G-string instead of B and high E string. Slightly more jumpy, but sounds better (in my opinion). if so http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/alt03.png
  11. First run was 99.59 % http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/bass/beg02.png Lost it at the chords, expecially those muted rhytm strums -_- http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/bass/int01.png First run was 98,1 % http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/bass/adv02b.png Oh boi. Fast octave finger picking O_O http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/bass/mc01.png Because this was a beginner song, I tried it in score attack and got immediately killed, so I tried LAS http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/beg01.png Then played it in 80 %, 95 % and 100 % speed in riff repeater and went back to score attack and took the screenshot so early that it didn't even show the percentage. http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/beg04.png So I had to do it again  http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week257/lead/beg05.png It's nice to have Royal Republic in here. It's probably my most favourite garage rock band.
  12. @@Mortalo Hmm, I should still be in Beginner lead, not intermediate.
  13. Ohhh. it's not enough! :( http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week256/bass/adv06.png
  14. Don't think I have time to catch Telboy but a boi can dream :p http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week256/rhytm/int06.png
  15. No dynamic difficulty, so easy is acceptable, right? http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week256/lead/int07.png
  16. If I understood the rules you have to achieve a 99.5% in a (7) difficulty to get promoted. This week there is a (5), so I think you're safe. Ah alright. Next time I'll know :)
  17. Hmm, in order to get a higher position in advanced bass, I'd have to hit the 99.5 % mark that pushes me into masterclass. I don't want that :( Perhaps the rules need to allow 3x 99.5+ % before pushing people to master from advanced, but perhaps 100 % would be a first off kind of deal?
  18. These were uncounted for: http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week256/bass/int05.png http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week256/bass/adv05.png
  19. mm, absolutely no control over those double stop full-step bends. Bad technique makes me kill the note on B-string :( I can get 90 % if I smash my face against the guitar and get lucky. That usually won't happen on friday nights, so I won't even try. http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week256/lead/int06.png I think I'll have to do a revenge-lap on that intermediate rhytm though. I'm coming for you BOI (@telboy)!
  20. Oh I like this one  Just wish I could play it on guitar http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week256/bass/adv05.png Time to start practicing intermediate lead
  21. Where did that one note go? Rude of it to not show up. http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week256/bass/int05.png
  22. Now pick up your axe and do your darnest to beat @@Sebb! You can do it, I believe in you!
  23. Hmm, it has some bizarre thing happening at the end, just before the note sequence error @@PinKushin mentioned. I need to check that out in the riff repeater. http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week256/bass/int02.png
  24. My bad. Thanks for pointing that out. EDIT: Your last score on Eye of the Tiger rhythm from week 255 actually changes the rankings (with 97.3% you claimed first place, or am I missing something else?). I updated the score, but can't do more. We need again someone who is allowed to edit the final results. Intermediate rhytm had two tracks, so I'd assume the overall intermediate victory is the sum of those two songs, in which it wouldn't make a dent to the ranks, as I still won that part of the competition.
  25. @@Telboy just a single note better than your streak  http://u.meelo.org/.rocksmith/week256/rhytm/int05.png Some minor details from the score sheets. My lead score improvement (from 1.3M to 1653944 that came with 100 % on master mode) is not registered to the score sheets. Fjon's 100 % on advanced bass is also missing the score. I'm also missing the last set of points from week 255's intermediate rhytm part 1, I scored clutched a higher score in the song before the week ended. Although, that doesn't change the rankings at all :P
