Found a fix!!! Delete your CFSM folder in your Documents folder. You'll have to re-scan all your songs. but it allows you to fix and adjust the songs you were having issues with. The program actually works. lol Link to the original post on different page:

Im having the same issue, I had used it flawlessly on an old computer, and when I went to install today. Upon opening it, it wont get past the boot. CFSMdebug.txt
