Byproduct

I have just one electrical, one classical and one bass. I think guitars are meant to be played and it's a sin to keep them just collecting dust. I mean, have as many as you like as long as you play them too, right? :p I used to have two electrics, one for standard tuning and one for all the others, but then the second guitar got way too little loving attention so I sold it. :D

So there is some sort of validation thingy then? Ok, thanks for the info. I guess the other computer can do with just all this awesome free CF stuff. :) I can't have two PCs with one Steam account, because if someone logs in Steam from computer 1 it automatically logs out computer 2.

Hello. I'm going to have two PCs in the place I move in (one in my private command center and one in the livingroom for everybody to use). These have two separate Steam accounts with separate legit Rocksmiths (2014). I have bought a bunch of official DLC's, and I would like to use them in both of these machines. Can I just copy the DLC folder from one computer to another, or is there some sort of validation going on that would prevent it? I know if I ask Ubisoft they'll just tell me to buy the songs again but I think I've already paid them enough for the 2 rocksmiths and the big heap of dlc so I'm not feeling like a pirate here. :)

Huge thanks for making this! I would like to see stuff stored in a dedicated server rather than these random inconvenient file hosting services. It would make downloading much easier (directly through the application) and would prevent the danger of randomly losing files on these file hosting services. The files are pretty small, so server costs would be manageable I think. I would happily donate a few euros towards that too.

Sorry for this kind of useless thread - I didn't find a general chat thread but needed to say thank you to the whole community! The biggest downside in Rocksmith for me was that it didn't have anything from any of my favourite guitar bands. Looks like that has just been fixed! Totally made my day. And the following few weeks. And months. I can imagine how much work all this is and I appreciate it big time! That's all! :D Cheers!
