Is it possible that you just have the database sorted to the "updated" column? every time you load up you would see old releases at the top that have just been updated and are not necessarily new. If this is the case set the ignition database site to sort the "added" column be descending date instead.

Assuming you have a modded ps3 you can use the file manager within multiman to transfer from an external drive to the internal folder for DLC, I use a usb flash drive but a phone in mass storage mode would work. You will need to make sure you are DL'ing the ps3 versions of the CDLC if it is offered. Without a PC you cannot take advantage of the toolkit to convert PC/Mac/xbox to ps3 format.

I only have PS3. Nearly every cdlc I have from this site I have downloaded the PC version then I have converted with the toolkit. most times I do a batch, choose 15-20 and hit convert. I have nearly 1100 in cdlc folder on the ps3 the only slowness issues I experience is at first start up, about 10 minutes to "enumerate" dlc content , after that no issues. The only other issue I experience with console version is if I add a song twice, ei song_REV1.edat, then song_REV2.edat I will get lock ups so I have to make sure to remove old versions. I realize my ps3 wont last forever so I will be looking at a mini gaming PC to connect direct to the TV unless ps4 is jailbroken by then.

I just use the file manager within multiman. Copy CDLC from usb stick to the folder listed all within multiman
