    I can say I have the same issues with my 5-string tuning down to B in some songs (March of the Poozers by Devin Townsend Project comes to mind, and some songs by Hypocrisy). But other songs that tune to B, and even some down to A work fine on the tuner. If anyone has a solution for this, I'd love to hear it too!
