How to use Custom DLCs in RS2014 Remastered [Updated for 2023]

I bought RS Remastered and Cherub Rock on steam, but the song Cherub Rock doesn't appear on my songs list. it is downloaded, is on the folder and the steam can see it as additional content. Is there anything more that I need to do to "install" this additional content?
