  1.

Is a question of tastes. You are talking about very legendary bands that have more time in the music world but atually they aren't in the top,we are talking about RS audience (and thanx god for that). Meanwhile Metallica is still on top of that, not top of your granny old records. For those all those bands you mention,I still prefeer Metallica over all. And for Madonna please not mention her again fo the sake of all of us. ;) You are an old dude by the way.

I can confirm for you that not everyone in the RS audience likes Metallica. I for one hate it. The musical preferences are quite wide. and age has nothing to do with that.

I like power metal myself and almost non of the popular power metal bands have no official Dlc yet. But oh well that's what cdlc is for.

  2. From The Riff Repeater website.

"A note to our YouTube followers, we will most likely not be uploading any videos of Jimi Hendrix, as @@elisoncrz and our rhythm game community at large has a history with The Hendrix Estate flagging channels with copyright strikes. Instead we will be posting the videos via Facebook and will make sure you folks are able to watch them easily via this article."

So be careful when making play through video's

  3. It totally depends on the song for me. Sometimes I can crank out a perfect song in under an hour. That is Lead, Rhythm, Bass, Vocals, RR and DD. Other songs take more time.

Things that will save you some time.
Make a good database of tones that you frequently use. And name them correctly!
Example. Toolkit name: Distortion Filename: Distortion - Sabaton
That way you can quickly look for a distortion tone without having to change names.

Make a folder with all the Album Art. And name them correctly!

Make a preset in WWise. Instead of making all the changes by hand. Just build a preset that you can use every time.

The most important one. If you are starting to get tired of the song. Stop! Go watch a movie, read a book, play some guitar, make another song. If you are losing the motivation to finish the song. don't force yourself.
