Are you sure you are not using the default tone in the toolkit? That usually causes a cdlc to freeze after tuning from what I remember. Or maybe accidentally put your tone in the 2nd slot instead of changing it for the default tone, happened to me too

I think if you use the link next option on the sustained note it will not show the last note in RS. not 100% sure about that tough
shortcut for linknext is [shift + n]

Yup I had no problem importing them in the toolkit when I removed the caps in the file name (PRFLDB)
