I'm mostly left-handed on everything but one of the few exceptions is guitar/bass. It just takes a lot of time and effort. 

Weirdly enough when I randomly air guitar I am a lefty for that

I apologize for the late response I've been working my ass off at a few temporary jobs.
Thank you for reading this update! I'm going to discuss a few things here:

DDoS Attack & Discord Raid

Lately, we've been targeted via Discord "raids" (where bots spam our discord) and DDoS attacks.

Our amazing team of Administrators and Moderators have been keeping an eye on this and have been resolving these issues as they occur. Unfortunately, I don't know why we are being targeted.
We will keep an eye on this and work on fixing it asap.

Accidental Suspension
The website was down a couple days ago due to our server company accidentally suspended our servers for 'late payment' even though it's not due until the end of the month. We reached out to them and corrected this. To make sure it doesn't happen again we're setting up a new donation goal to get it paid off asap.

We ran a test of the new google ads and saw it was extremely annoying on multiple areas of the website. We've reverted those and are solely using Sovrn for now. If you could whitelist us on your browser it would help a lot!

Developer Update

The current progress of the rewrite has slowed down but I plan on making sure we speed things up again even if that includes getting more front-end developers on board to help assist.

We currently have two stores. One store is for US Customers, and the other store is for international.

Updates via Newsletter

I plan on creating a monthly update newsletter soon to provide updates on the website, featured CDLC, and more! I'll have more info on this soon as we work on it. The newsletter will still be posted in this section as well. 

I am considering this issue 1 of the newsletter and we will add more to it in the future.

Does not ship to the UK? Surely this must be international shipping...

Unfortunately at the moment merch by amazon does not do international shipping. I'm looking for options on this and would love to expand. 

Make sure to check if it's using the correct appID by using CFSM.
Also make sure nothing is at the end for _p.psarc (or _m.psarc if mac) as this will make it not show up.

Definitely this. It'l need to be converted otherwise using rocksmith toolkit on the PC (mac will work too)

You would moderate the discord, the forums, and work on active reports.

Reply to support tickets from the community. Assist the admins and developers.

Moderators have to be approved by current staff.

Developers:

Front-End Developer (CSS/Bootstrap/HTML) [3+ years experience]

You would need to know CSS, Bootstrap, HTML5, Datatables, jQuery, and frameworks near these that are similar. 

Experience with php is a plus.

PHP/MySQL Developer [3+ years experience]

We need knowledgeable MySQL + PHP Developers that can help work on the migration script that will help separate Ignition from IP Board 3.4 to its own database with a new structure. 

Example:

primary_id_field = song_id
member_id = member_id
field_15 = artist
field_16 = album

Once this is done we need help with the new Ignition 4 development which is a complete rewrite using Laravel.

It might be because of ToXicity

Can you try uploading it as "extra mods change name please" and one of the moderators/admins will change it?

This should be fixed/resolved. If you're still having problems please clear your DNS & Browser Cache/Cookies.

Can you try clearing your DNS, logout and relogin?

Ah, it's because in mid development of that update I had to update the class but forgot to update the class for the help javascript.
Also the X doesn't work at the moment, trying to figure out why but once I do it'll just clear the search box.

I'll look into the collection color to see if I can find something better

As of today we are disabling our requests feature.

We recommend anyone who wants a song created to read a tutorial on how to create CDLC and get started. Our discord is always open for questions to charting (in the CDLC Creators channel). 

We're working on bringing better features to CustomsForge, so you may see parts of the website removed and replaced in the future.

We have been testing the next IP Board upgrade for some time now and it is a very complicated process. Unfortunately we had to remove a few plugins during the upgrade otherwise it won't process correctly. One of these plugins we will no longer be continuing to use is the Social Groups feature
