  1. Hi guys! I was wondering if "no bass" audio version of CDLC, made from already shared full track audio's CDLC, should be interesting for some of us here ? They would be especially intended as bactrack for bass player... We don't always have original audio Stems/Tracks, but Music Audio Separation is now more easily done with some IA tools (such as Demucs) with good results to remove bass track, and swapping audio inside a CDLC can be done with a not very difficult work (if you know how to do it!)... My first try was for "Mika - Big Girl (You Are Beautiful)" as explained in: https://ignition4.customsforge.com/cdlc/67847 And I could share some others, and surely with better quality now... What is advisable to do to share them afterwards between us (and to not create confusion with original CDLC)? Is there a special place to put them, or is it possible to share them as usual? Of course this would not be done without the agreement of the original creator (or if he does'nt object we make it)... Or if he want to use the crafted audio track to make an alternative CDLC version himself (just by asking it)... Thanks in advance for the advises. PS: By the way, do you know this Youtube channel? ♪ JJ-BASSless (ツ) https://www.youtube.com/@jj-bassless

  2. Bass 7.5 is little too high for me. I played this with a pick, maybe it's harder with fingers. Wtf? Why was this rated 9 in the past? This is max 7, I feel more like 6.5. Can't we change past difficulty ratings if they are obviously wrong?

  4. Well I have had the game for years and always had a guitar. I never got serious and really got into it. Now I am 62 and retired so I have time to learn. I will recommend the arcade games also, especially the scale games, string skip and ducks redux. Also it may get a little boring but after a lot of playing around in and out of Rocksmith (a lot of learn a song and riff repeater) I just started doing the lessons in Rocksmith. I started at the top and plan to do every one to 100% I am really looking foreward to getting a little better and playing around with session mode. I have had a lot of people tell me over the years that Rocksmith is just a game and you will not learn anything. I beg to differ! I look at Rocksmith as a very good learning tool. The biggest thing that Rocksmith taught me was that there is a whole lot more to learn outside of Rocksmith. I also have a subscription to Guitar Tricks and frequent Justingutiar.

  7. Hello guys, I would like to gently ask if someone add this song: Simple but powerful guitar riffs, a nice solo, and a beautiful and catchy bass line. In my opinion, it would be a fun song to play!

  9. 1. I agree with @ luckyoldme , you should add some tunes to the selection list. Especially beginner tracks are needed, so if you can pls post them. 2. This is my opinion, but I don't think I'm alone in this: listening to a song is different to playing it. Some of the songs from here that I find most fun to play I never listen to outside of RS. Sometimes as song that's not that great to listen to is really great to play along. Sometimes there's some really funky stuff going on that you don't notice till you try to play it. And even if you don't like the song after playing it, it's still better than doing 'exercises' imo. All I'm saying is I found some real gems here in songs I'd never listen to twice. Maybe you'd find some too if you gave them a chance. I mean, what do you got to lose by trying a song, 3-5 minutes? Seems like a low investment, high reward kinda deal. tl;dr I recommend you give a chance even to the songs you don't like on first listen. PS. Typing while drunk is pain. Sorry if it's incoherent.
