Ok due to miksons post/inbox and the fact intermediate players werent able to get past 90% in vengaboys i have switched the dificulty level of the song from a 

4.5 to a 6

if anyone disagrees please let me know, as this is just to balance things for future songs. And asalways try to leave numbers next to songs if you disagree with their ratings.
