Ratings for Advance Lead and Rhythm have been changed.

It's a a bad week not had much time to practise did a few live streams plus as of a week days ago I've sold my PRS and my Charvel so I don't have a guitar now well apart from a ¾ version for my little one. Luckily my Ibanez RGT1221PB NO Tremolo/Floyd Rose/floating bridge 🙂 which has got to be an ideal situation for Rocksmith since the tuning can be fiddly. The only song I'd use a tremolo for is Chris Issac Wicked Game or Iron Man by Black Sabbath.

I did get a few attempts. I did get better but no screenshots.

Just trying and failing spectacularly (I think the score must have been worse) 🤣

I have a Floyd Rose Ibanez with 011 strings, but I recently "lock" it's tremolo with two pieces of wood, so I can play different tunnings, like this week ones. Today, I see that I made a mistake buying this kind of guitar, but when I did it, I was only 6 month XP of a nylon acoustic guitar, so I didn't have a clue about how it works. It was a friend of mine that have influenced me to buy this kind of guitar.  I almost never use it's tremolo.

Sorry noob question, but what is "highest multiplier" on that Score Atack screen?

Yeah, same with me. I always wanted an Ibanez with a floating tremolo, and now I have one (Ibanez S). I NEVER use the floating tremolo either, but I think it looks cool... with all the burden it means.😆 

People who don't want floating tremolo tend to use telecasters, but I find them very very uncool.... 😅

And that's why I bought another Ibanez but a light and thin RGA with a fixed bridge. 

By the way, today it was on the news that japanese guitar maker Fernandes got bankrupted, which is sad.

Last run, really enjoyed this song but reached my limits. This song did finally give me a chance to use the 7/8 setting on my metronome to practice that final riff - if I paid for a 7/8 setting I might as well get to use it... 

 On a technical note, the system misread my previous bass score on this song as 99.20 when it should have been 99.28.  Just noting that or technical troubleshooting reasons, not to be grubbing fractions of a percentage. And on a related technical note, in week 558 my bass score on the Evanescence song incorrectly recorded 90 for the longest streak, that was actually my highest multiplier.

Since we live in a third world country i would recomend you to buy a Digitech Drop, it saved me, i also have a Dean with a floyd rose and it was the only way to play more songs without tuning every day. I used to have 5 guitars, but then i had to sell 3, i bought the Drop and never looked back, it's like another life.

i cant imagine selling my guitars, surprised you 2 jamie and pedro already sold them. maybe ive just become too much of a hoarder xD but they are my babies id rather sell almost anything else.

small improvement,not sure why i inititially thought it was tapping but i was wrong.

i think it seems to be the same dificulty ish as the lead once i practiced more. The solo isnt that hard (if rrd) and it repeats more than the lead... also theres no bends so technicly should be easier to get a higher percentage on this path than the lead path. Still I am struggling with note recognition problems on both paths so dificulty ratings are  a bit hard to judge based off of acuracy.
 
it could be a 6.5 imo (just not one that is likely to get a high score) but i guess i understand why its a 7.  Since lead paths generally tend to be harder than rhythm paths ...and these are roughly the same you give more weight to rhythm ig..

when you play a streak, your points are multiplied. as longer streak as multiplayer is higher. you can get as much as x99.

this is not something we pay too much attention in CS 😉 

not quite sure how the multiplier works myself 😉. theoretically if you get a point per note, you should get 99 points instead with max multiplier.

any idea anybody if above statement is correct?

maybe there are some guidance hints online hot it works but not too interested to look for it 🙈🤷‍♂️🤣

Great score @ pedropmf !! i think youll get the win this week 😛 

The multiplier is a number that multiplies the value of the notes you play in a song (their value changes on if you get  late bad good or perfect timing) .

The higher the multiplier -> higher score value but we dont do score values in the championship... unless i believe they both 100% ( i may be wrong). 

Multiplier increases with respect to your streak and you will reach certain milestones/checkpoints at 5 10 25 and 50 (i think the checkpoints varry in note wise depending on each song since some songs dont have that many notes but i may be wrong)

.  if you miss a note once (or it may be twice in a row...dont remember) it will decrease to the  last checkpoint you got..  so if you were to miss a note at 48x and that was the highest x youve gotten (like your picture) It would save that that was your highest multiplier and your current multiplier would fall to 25 x and youd have to climb up again.

since the checkpoint exists you might get a higher multiplier than someone else with a higher streak. you just missed a note on the checkpoints so you didnt have to backtrail. example:

person 1: did 350 note streak and got 51x but then missed several notes in a row wwhich reset him to 0x and wasnt able to increase his percentage before song ended.

person 2: did a 150 note streak  ( milestone for 25 was 148 notes in this made up song/example) missed a note.. gets reset to 25. does another 345 note streak.. his multiplier is 77x now.

Just don't tell Keith Richards or Bruce Springsteen that telecasters are uncool....
