CDLC stopped working. Worked yesterday fine

Question

I tried to play rocksmith 2014 remaster today and at first it wouldn't load. it got past the steam sync and didn't launch. I then downloaded a new D3DX9_42.dll file and the game would launch; however, when I try to play my custom CDLC which always worked before the cabinets showed up but the track that displays the notes to play and song did not start. I uninstalled everything and deleted the rocksmith 2014 folder from my steamapps. and then redownloaded the game from steam. I then tried to run the RS2014-mod-instaler and it thinks my game that i just downloaded from steam with a default steam DLC folder is a pirated version. Does anyone have any possible fixes for me to get my rocksmith 2014 remaster up and running again with he CDLC?
