No CDLCS show up

Hi guys, when i want to search for CDLCs the page isnt showing anything but the message from the donation goal. Is the CDLC area blocked till the goal is reached??

Sorry guys! I just had to scroll down :D there is a big free space so i thought the CDLCs were not there, just had to scroll a bit. sorry, you can delete this posts :)
