Windows 10 Build 18305

Reinstalled DX, Reinstalled RS

 

Sound works on opening, then stops after initial load cut scene. RT Cable not registering with game, although it works within Windows (you can see that the signal is getting to the PC in Settings). Have checked permissions, all ok there. I've done all local fixes, nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
