Rocksmith Custom Won't Play At All [SOLVED]

So I'm trying to make a custom, and it's been ages since I've previously made one. I did everything properly according to the tutorials, but for some reason there is no preview audio, even though I have a preview .wem file, and when I try to play the custom, this happens. I was wondering if anyone else may have stumbled on this issue in the past, and if there might be a fix for it.
