Streaming my CDLC on twitch sound issues :O

Hello there wonderful guitar peeps!

 

So my guitar, mic, and computer stream sounds work, BUT the levels are all wrong. I tried looking first for an article to help me, but no luck so I'm here.

 

Everyone can hear my headset mic just fine. Unfortunately they can hear me strumming constantly (which is one of the 2 problems). HOWEVER almost nobody can hear any Rocksmith song I play during my stream! I have tried random settings but everyone says they can barely hear the actual game sounds/music. I use OBS and a wireless headset on my PC for Rocksmith.

 

Can anyone help this silly noob? THANKS :D
