Hi Guys, If you're reading this, you're probably a fan of Linkin Park and Chester and depending on how much you utterly loved him you, like myself may have shed some tears over the tragic loss of one of the most impressive talents of our generation. Growing up Linkin Park was probably the band that turned me to rock music and shaped the foundations of my love for rock and i even specifically remember trying to fit more than 1 Linkin Park song on my stiffy disk. Chester's dynamic voice is part of my childhood, teenage life and newly adulthood and is something I'd never get tired of. I never for a second even had the thought that there would be no more Linkin Park, such a thought was ludicrous, it didnt even make any sense, why would there be no more Linkin Park? Once the news had released i booted up my old cd's I'd purchased years ago and listening to songs like "Easier to Run" and "Leave Out All The Rest" suddenly hit harder than they had before. Chester may not have known me, psht he didnt even know i even existed, but that one man's voice along with the talents of the rest of the band greatly affected millions as their music flooded through speakers around the world. They understood how we felt in "Numb" and they knew how we felt in "Runaway" and so many more. I can't even imagine what Mike Shinoda must be feeling as the co-founder of Linkin Park he was probably the closest to Chester and the chemistry between the two was unmistakeable. While theres nothing we can do now to change anything, we can do something to honour his work, so if anyone has any ideas on how we can show how much Chester meant to us let me know. oh and thanks for taking the time to listen
