No, I do not get the DOS prompt popup, and I also do have the D3DX9_42.dll in the right place.

I tried all that, but it still doesn't work.

I have already tried to remove all but one dlc, but it still doesn't work, although I will try other cdlcs to see if they work.

I did both of those Wepeel, still doesn't work.

I tried everything in the tutorial that you gave me, still doesn't work. Any other advice would be well appreciated.

I've downloaded 3 cdlcs, but none of them work. After the tuning screen, the game stops, I can't access the menu, and I have to use ctrl+alt+delete to get out. I have the .dll, I tried the .exe that I found through a tutorial, and everything else is where it needs to be, yet it doesn't work still. Help would be definitely appreciated.
