this is silly but I downloaded both .dll copies right away so they added a (1) and (2) to the end. I simply renamed the file without those and it worked !

yeah tried both .dll, the original and the updated, neither have worked. -

same issue, tried your recommendation, did not work.... -
edit: still having issues...I've done the process in a video a few different times. only difference I can notice is that I don't recall getting a debug window pop up for the .dll file uninstalled and reinstalled as well to no avail.

same issue for me, have tried both .dll files as well as the patcher. the patcher reloads the game as a different game with no profile set and none of my DLC. when I launch the regular .exe through my desktop or steam the DLC is there but once I get past the tuning screen it freezes....
