  1. First time hearing of this, It would be an excellent addition to the Toolkit for sure. Wwise is a bit of a pain to have to go through.
  2. Hi, Everyone On the KISS - Firehouse custom I have added multi-Tracks, a Play-Along Version like Karaoke and a Backing Track version with a Bass and drum track and a little Rhythm Guitar, besides the standard custom version. All versions with or without DD are at the main Link: KISS Firehouse - 1974 V3.5 L, R, B & V Later, Terry
  3. @@manchot66 Hi, Steve I have seen the weather on TV and saw you guys in IL have just gotten a lot of snow. Hope everything's OK in your area. Just starting to get a little cold here in Dallas, TX only dropping to about 32 degrees over night. Later, Terry
  4. Hi Guys I have always wanted to chart a KISS custom, Well finally did one if any one wants to give it a try. I think all you Bass players will dig the Bass line in this tune. I had a lot of fun playing the Lead and Rhythm Paths for sure. This one is off there first album KISS - 1974. Working on Deuce also. It is harder to play than this one for sure. KISS Firehouse V3.5 L, R, B & V I saw KISS in concert in 1978 at the Budokan in Tokyo, Japan. Awesome show as far as I can remember. Later, Terry
  5. @@jbroch Looks like great fun Jerry. All I got lined up is a Willie Nelson concert at Billy Bobs Honky-Tonk in Fort Worth TX - Nov. 28th for the wife's birthday. You can't go wrong with a Willie concert, I'm not opposed to some Country Music every now and then. Later, Terry
  6. @@jbroch Hi, Jerry Good to see you have a little free time. Is your job still keeping you very busy? Later, Terry
  7. @@albatross213 Hi, and thanks, albatross The capo change from the 2nd fret to the 3rd fret pushed all the notes 1 fret higher. The notes and chords seem to be in there right place but just does not sound as good as the original charting set up in F tuning and Capo 2nd Fret. Later, Terry
  8. @Aludog @frippchen Hi, All Well, I did make an alternate version of The Steve Miller Band Jet Airliner in E Standard tuning and capo on 3rd fret and I sure could hear a difference. Plan to stick with the F Tuning and Capo 2nd Fret sounds a whole lot better to me, even though the tuning is inconvenient. Never would have thought there would be a deference in the Guitar tones but to me I can tell a difference. In EOF when I changed its tuning It did say some of the notes would be affected with the tuning change and I had a choice of yes or no to have EOF to correct them and I said no to it. I don't know if that would have made a difference if I said yes to it. I have had enough of messing with this song but I have gotten a lot better at playing it for sure. Here are the two versions, if anyone wants to go through the hassle of the Guitar re-tuning to compair. The Steve Miller Band - Jet Airliner V4.0 F Tuning Capo 2nd Fret. The Steve Miller Band - Jet Airliner E Tuning Capo 3rd Fret. They both can be put into RockSmith without crashing. Later, Terry
  9. @@Aludog @ Yeah, I thought the same thing. I had the capo on the third fret to start with, with standard tuning. Saw 3 or 4 different ways in GP and sheet music, I don't know why. I think I will make a version with standard tuning and capo 3rd fret with the charting I have and see if I can hear a difference. And I saw a video of Steve Miller Band playing Jet Airliner and none of the Guitars had a capo at all, that I could see on the Guitars. Later, Terry
  10. Hi, Guys After seeing the quality of everyone else's Customs I decided to rework The Steve Miller Band - Jet Airliner V4.0 L, R, B and V. If any one wants to give it a try. Now the tuning has changed to 1/2 step up to F Tuning - F-A♯-D♯-G♯-C-F - and capo on 2nd fret. It sounds a lot better but still kind of difficult to play. I also completely re-charted the Lead and Rhythm path's. I am about half way through ZZ Top's - Just Got Paid and Hearts's - Magic Man. Later, Terry
  11. @@A51Ripcord Hi, William Played the Lead and Rhythm Paths on the Stone Sour - Wicked Game Tune. The Guitar tones seems to fit well on the custom. Lead path looked and sounded great to me, but on the Rhythm path I noticed when it shifts to the B5 Power chord (2nd and 4th frets) the first chord in the group does not have the notes marked just a blank strum line. I just may have missed seeing it hidden behind a group of other chords. I didn't notice it on the Lead path. @ Hi, LaceyB Played the Lead Path on the Steve-Vai_Christmas-Time-Is-Here. I recognized the tune right away from the old Charlie Brown Christmas Special, Of course I couldn't keep up with Steve Vai, all over the fret board, did see the unmarked notes like Rick said. Your a brave soul taking on that tune, most likely a real challenge to chart any Steve Vai tune. @@Crossbolt242 Hi, Rick The Boston - Rock and Roll Band Tune is excellent with a little practice on the single note riff between the double stop chords, most anybody could master this custom for sure. Guitar Tones and sync and volume levels all sound good to me on my RockSmith set up. Later, Terry
  12. @@Crossbolt242 Hi, Rick Yeah that Witchy Woman tune is a beast, I have been trying to combine the 5 Guitar tracks into 2 and one of the guitar tracks is in a different tuning, Halloween is over, so I guess no song pack this year. Still haven't posted Jet Air Liner. I had so much to do over the Halloween weekend, I was dog-tired by the time I had some free time to work on and play some customs. Thanks, for checking it out will try to get a decent version of it completed. @@A51Ripcord Hi, William Thanks, for checking out Witchy Woman also. Will try to get to the latest tunes this evening Stone Sour - Wicked Game Boston - Rock and Roll Band L,R,B,&Lyrics Steve-Vai_Christmas-Time-Is-Here Let me know if I missed a custom that should be on the list. Later, Terry
  13. Looking forward to giving it a run-through this evening and checking out the R.E.M. Acoustic tone also. Later, Terry
  14. @@A51Ripcord Hi, William Checked out the Stone Sour - Wicked Game tune on YouTube, What Acoustic Tone are you using on the custom? I remember Chris Isaak's version in the early 90's it sure got a lot of radio air play. Later, Terry
  15. Hi, All I am kind of embarrassed to post this Custom here after seeing the quality of RSBass's and Ripcord's and a matter of fact, everybody else's Custom's lately. It is pretty rough and the first version. It's one for the Halloween Pack, I am trying to get together The Eagles - Witchy Woman - 1972 the first Eagles tune I have tried to chart. It still needs quite a bit of work, I just want to know if I'm going in the right direction with it and how it is starting to sound like on everybody else's RockSmith set ups. The others in the Halloween Pack are going to be: Bow Wow Wow - I Want Candy - 1982 The Misfits - Monster Mash - 1999 I still need to get the vocal path completed. I just free handed charted this one with no tab or nothing. Don't really know if the Bass path fits or not. Any advice would be appreciated for sure. and Alice Cooper - Welcome To My Nightmare - 1975 if I can accomplish it. Later, Terry
  16. @@A51Ripcord Hi, William All I've got to say is WOW! on your two customs also. Played Lead and Rhythm on both songs. It looks like CustomsForge has another Professional Magna Charter in it's ranks. The Guitar tones and all audio levels are really excellent sync is tight also. Loved playing the Lead path on the Lynyrd Skynyrd - Travelin' Man custom the Rhythm path was a little hard to get used to at first but got up to the high 60's on just a few play-throughs. The Everclear - Wonderful is really an excellent tune and both paths were great fun to play. If the Bass paths are anything like the Lead and Rhythm Paths, I would say the customs are darn near perfect. These two Customs are 5-Star rated in my book for sure. Hey Guy's and Gal's here in the CRC, if you haven't checked out Ripcord's new Customs you are really missing out on some sweet customs. Later, Terry
  17. @@RSBass Hi, RSBass Yes indeed, that is the section I was talking about. It looks excellent what you have set up there. It will surely help Guitarists like me with poor playing skills for sure. Again great work you have done on those two customs they are certainly fun to play. Later, Terry
  18. Hi, Guys I have seen @LaceyB, having fun making and posting a Halloween song pack, I can't crank out the customs as fast as she has been doing lately, but I have started on a Halloween song pack of my own, for fun. Got one nearing completion by The Misfits - Monster Mash - 1999 Easy song to play all barre chords. By the Misfits Punk Rock Band that formed in the late 70's. Fun silly tune and sounds pretty good I think. First Misfits song on Rocksmith and CF I think. Later, Terry
  19. @@A51Ripcord Hi, William You just copy and paste or type out the name of the Band and song, then copy the link url where the cdlc is, them highlight the Band and song name and use the link button (looks like the infinity symbol with a green circle at the bottom right of it cant tell what it is but looks like a green apple to me, the infinity symbol with the red will remove a link. Later, Terry
  20. @RSBass Hi, RSBass EOF does have an arpeggio feature in it, where you can mark the group of notes and it will give you the chord in front of the section and it gets you set up to arpeggio on the chord (If the way I am trying to explain it makes since) Later, Terry
  21. @@RSBass Hi, RSBass WOW, Man those two tunes were really cool to play. The Crimson and Clover has some really nice Guitar tones in it, played Lead and Rhythm on both of them. Still I'm Sad was truly a fast one and is full of change ups with some really cool Riffs and tones also. Both songs volume levels were great on my Rocksmith set up. I did get lost in Crimson and Clover when it came to the arpeggio riff starting on the 5th fret then down to the 3rd fret then back again Riff. On Still I'm Sad started to get the hang of the main riff but couldn't hardly keep up with most of the rest, playing them full speed. Great work RSBass. Later, Terry
  22. @@RSBass Hi, RSBass Good to see you back also, my friend. Great tunes you have there, will give them a run-through this evening for sure. Later, Terry
  23. Hi, Guys I finally have a decent Version of The Steve Miller Band's - Jet Air Liner put together if any one wants to give it a try. It's really fast strumming and kind of hard to play, but I started to get the hang of the strumming pattern after a few play-throughs, but still having a little trouble keeping up with the pace of the song for sure. Later, Terry
  24. @ Hi, LaceyB Played the Lead and Bass on the Paul McCartney's Let Me Roll It custom. Excellent work you have done on this Custom for sure. Love the Guitar tones, and the songs Volume levels are perfect, sounds just like a Ubisoft original DLC release. Tone switches were really good in the lead path. Near the end of the Lead path the tone switch came in late during that cool Lead Riff. I think it went by twice before the Tone switch kicked in, but not sure if you wanted it that way. Later, Terry Oh, I forgot to tell you one of the best Acoustic tones I have found in Custom DLC's is in Aludog's Tommy, Can You Hear Me. @@Aludog
  25. @ Hi, LaceyB That is Dreddfoxx you are talking about isn't it ? Like your choice on the Paul McCartney & Wings - Let Me Roll It tune, I have a group of tunes I had been gathering files for all week and one of them happens to be Paul McCartney & Wings - Silly Love Songs, the others are Steve Miller Band - Jet Airliner, almost done, having a hard time with the Guitar Tones of course. The others are: Heart - Magic Man, Electric Light Orchestra - Do Ya and ZZ Top - Just Got Paid. I played around with Go PlayAlong the other day, checking out all it's functions. I defiantly need to improve my charting skills. Later, Terry
