can anyone tell me what kind of mod I need to have done so that I can play CDLC'S

what kind of mod needs to be done to the xbox to allow cdlc's. Flash, jtag. I see plenty of songs that i want to play on RS2014 but not sure which mod I need to have done

i have downloaded the songs onto my hard drive and i can see them on it but when the game is in they are not showing up on the play menu. is there something that im missing

I am having problems getting the songs to load, i can go to my HDD and see the songs there but they wont appear on the game itself, i have tried on both a modded and normal xbox. anyone have suggestions on how i can fix this.
