I already had jre 7u51 64 bit installed and double checked to make sure I had the java path set in PATH. I am still getting the error.

Hi Guys I am new to this scene. I am trying to convert a couple songs from PC to PS3 format for my son. I keep getting this exception and I was wondering if somone could give me an idea of what I need to do to fix it. I here is a screen shot of the error.
