Got it. The "Change AppID" option defaults to 248750, which I imagine is the AppID for CherubRock. Is that it? I can't buy this DLC from Steam anymore. I do have some DLCs I bought but how can I check their App ID? Thanks.

I didn't. I may have overlooked this so sorry if it was obvious. Could you explain or link an explanation on how I could do that? My main question is if I'll lose the DLC song I already own by changing the appID. Thanks for the reply.

Having the same issue. Did all the setup and added 3 CDLC songs and can't find in the list. Here's a screenshot of my "dlc" folder:
