General advice; Why are you playing at all? To have fun / learn something new? To get a job as a professional? If it is the first, cut yourself some slack - do what you enjoy and tell the voice in your head to find something better to do. With time you will progress. If it is the latter, enroll in some professional 1:1 courses and put aside more time to practice.
