Made a little bit of improvement. Damn these barre chords kill my wrist. I don't know if it's a strength thing, an endurance thing, or if I've done damage to my wrist when I used to bowl but they give me a lot of trouble and halfway through the song it feels like my entire wrist area is locking up.

How is it not deleveling you? It delevels me every time. Nice job though. I'll have free time to work on it during the break, but it really gives me the fits.

 

@@Viltaire, I worked on the forth section the most. it looks like the beginning but everything  is mostly at the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th fret.  That was where i was getting leveled down so i worked it until i got just enough to stay at 100%. that is why it took till wednesday to finaly post a score!

Yeah that's the section I've been working on in RR as well. I can do it with 3 errors at 80%, but past that my fingers just go all sorts of herp derp on me. I took a full day off today as the muscle in the heel of my hand under my thumb was becoming really sore. Tomorrow I'll be hitting RR some more. Awesome job on getting to where it won't level you down man.

That pattern in there is giving me fits. I'm fine and can rock it until they throw in the B string notes and add the extra string hopping. So I suck on this one. I kind of hate the song too. It's not my style.

Not too bad for only a couple of playthroughs. Song is more my style as well, just kills my hands, so need to make it the last one of the day as I start tensing up when playing it. Need to learn to relax my strumming more.

Made some good progress. I looked at the rhythm for this and is it the exact same as the lead, because it sure looked that way.

Riff repeating the D song for some chord practice. Hopefully I can post a score on it better than my initial run through.

@@Viltaire Time and practice :) It took me 2 years of playing guitar to pass it in Score Attack Hard.

Yup. I think by teaching myself for the first four years it stunted my growth as a guitarist in the sense I didn't push myself or learn much new. Since getting Rocksmith and taking lessons when I can it's helped push me to try harder, new, and stuff outside of my comfort zone. I feel like I've learned a lot more in some ways in the last six months than I have in the first four years. :)

So for uh fun? I played the DeCapo Offspring song. Let's just say it was bad. How in the heck am I supposed to move my pudgy fingers that fast on those chords between the ninth and tenth fret? I scored a whopping 31% :(

@@franfit Way better than I can do. Those types of voicings are a week spot in my play. Nice Job man!

I thought that was lead, but still awesome job. My chords are all around week. It's an area I need to work on for sure.

Didn't do as well as the play above, but I did pass it on score attack. My strike came just at the end of the double stop riff section. I feel like I came real close to passing it without any strikes. I'll try again later I'm sure.
