Thanks guys but i figured it out. I downloaded rocdksmiths custom toolkit from this site and it let me edit the song.

As the title suggests id like to be able to split up songs more so i can practice ceartain parts. I did a little searching and i did'nt find anything and what i did find i couldnt understand. I found Dynamic Difficulty Creator but im not sure if that is what i need to download. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
